“UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL POST: The new owner reached out to me and addressed my issues as well as notifying me he just took over the establishment and he was very helpful and fixed my concerns?Would give no stars if I could! They charge late fees every month even though I’m on auto pay and they charge you to carry insurance which should be THEIR responsibility! The code for the gate never works and they never answer the phone or return a call. I’m just waiting for a different option to open up and I’m pulling my stuff out of this storage unit.”
“We needed a place to store our travel trailer while staying in a cabin in Gatlinburg for a week. This was the perfect spot. Extremely reasonable price, secure facility and very helpful owner. Owner gave us directions and offered lots of assistance. Kept in contact with us and even called the morning of pick up to make sure we were all set and offered assistance again. He has 2 sites, very accommodating.”
