I have not went back since a few years ago. I used to enjoy going to this place even when I was a teenager. because you could buy more clothes and things for a few dollars. this place has gone up on the price for used clothes and other stuff. they have been worn and used by other people and donated freely to this store that means given to this store. and they want to up the price and sale everything like new never been used. if I'm going to pay a high price I'll go to the store ware the clothes and other stuff has not been worn or used.

This is a nice place to shop for seasonal items, mugs, bags, and books. They also have dvds, cds, home decor, and sometimes craft items. The staff are always nice, helpful, and friendly.

They usually have a lot of stock to choose from but you never know how much items are. There are no signs for each type of item. Some signs are there, and some items are priced individually, but large sections of clothes, shoes, hats, etc you never know the price without asking. Prices are tending to be a little high for a lot of the things they have also, with stains and damage to the item. They were closing at 2:30 in the afternoon for a long time, but now they are back to closing at 6. Hopefully that will last this time.

Very over priced for a Goodwill. They have a trampoline netting for 99$. They are 69.99 from amazon, and 54.99 as we speak from Walmart. Tazewell location has the highest marked items in this region.

Store needs serious cleaning. Staff friendly. Bathrooms out of order. Offer no item exchanges. You bought it, you keep it. Selection is fair to none. Needs some good organization and display assistance! As usual, Goodwill is overpriced for those who are most likely to benefit from their store.

Clothes are overpriced, they started charging 2.99 a disc for movies. Three dollars a disc for movies that have more then one is outrageous. They no longer give you 10% off for bringing bags in. The lady running the register was clearing her throat with her mouth open, no mask. I will NEVER go back to the Tazwell goodwill.

Goodwill in New Tazewell is the only other store besides bigbox retailer to offer clothes and household items for the small community. Always a smiling warm clerk and clean well stocked store
