“Cannot ask for better service from Amanda Hickey and Chris Blackburn. Me and my husband showed up about 4:30pm to trade in my phone and my husband’s. Their presentation was professional and friendly. The process to trade in my phone was super smooth and quick. My husband was indecisive on what phone he wanted, but with Chris's help he decided on one. There was a small hiccup with the set up process for my husbands phone but Amanda fixed it promptly. I have a 15 year old and an impatient 2 year old. Amanda and Chris were amazing with my kids, making sure they didn’t get left out of the conversations. Cannot thank them enough for tolerating my 2 year old when he got upset about having to wait. They closed at 6 but we were there until 7:30 due to no fault of theirs, but they made sure we we’re comfortable and explained the whole process to us as we waited on the call center to fix the issue. Amanda apologized a thousand times and thanked us for our patience. They didn’t let us leave until we both had our new phones in our hands and were satisfied with our purchase. Me and my husband were contemplating changing providers due to inflation and just trying to find ways to save some money but Amanda and Chris’s professionalism, friendliness, and amazing customer service changed our minds completely. We are beyond satisfied and these two deserve the recognition more than anything. I could brag on them all day.Thank you Chris and Amanda.”

“I had a mediocre interaction with the local office but after our tech went above and beyond and had someone reach out to me from vyve I can say that they absolutely care about their customers and they are very mindful of their customers. I even had a great conversation with the lady that called me about everything from education on their newest erro mesh wifi system and how the little things in life like a good hot shower can be so therapeutic I even plugged dr squatch to her because news flash it's an amazing soap‍All in all I believe that sometimes people have bad days and it's not a reflection of the company as a whole. This is a company that I'm a repeat customer of and believe that they have gotten better with time just like a good fine wine.
