I always go to Jerrys even before they moved to current location. Always very helpful .. even if I describe the part as a thingamajig or dohicky. They know just about all there is about plumbing, electrical, and of course hardware.

First time dealing with hot water heater maintenance, and whoever I dealt with behind the counter (never got his name) was incredibly helpful and offered sound advice and part recommendations with what I was dealing with.

Went in for a couple of cartridge fuses, had to ask and they were behind the counter.
