I went to this store for a simple upgrade like I have before and never had a problem until now. A woman approached me and offered to help me, told her I wanted to upgrade and she got started on looking up promotions, She literally had to go talk to the manager about every question I asked, and while I was considering the promotions I asked a separate question and then was told she did not have time that and my only option was to continue the upgrade or come back at a different time. I left and went to the Morristown store where everything went great.

No service down 63 past Tiger Mart, spotty service at times even in knoxville and Middlesboro. No service on the way to Maynardville or in Harlan and on the way to Pineville.I wouldn't recommend it for anyone because I barely have service even at my house (we have to put the phone in the window and try to get service and use the Hotspot for wifi) and have had a couple of minor emergencies and can't call out to my husband to come home. I'm always worried something will happen (like a non-911 emergency) in the areas with no service and we won't be able to call for help (like a blown tire, get lost, etc)We have had poor service from the start (I think about a year now)...when you call to tell them they always say they are going to install more towers or they're working on them. I would give zero stars if I could, unfortunately. We will be switching phones next month since we just got these unlocked.

I would like to give them a negative 100! It has been a nightmare dealing with this company! They have taken money out of my account. I can’t seem to get any person in the company that has the tools to help me with the mistakes they made! And I was really excited thinking that I would have a good national company to get internet finally. But I have been misled and the company is all about that. That’s the mistake I made. I didn’t do my homework and read the reviews. I am so shocked and disappointed by how I am still being treated. I have been fighting for 2 months for the refund of funds taken from my account. I have to say don’t trust them! Do your homework!The people in the store are very sweet but the company have been ridiculous. They can screw it all up and then they say go to the store. Those poor people have seen me so angry about this. And Amanda, Charlie and Chris have been amazing. Thank you to them.

Bad customer service. I’m 20 years old and they treated me like I was a child. Asked if my “‘mommy or daddy” could go on the plan with me. They assumed I didn’t have enough money for their service. Very disrespectful.

Met Ryan when they first opened. Went into the store to compliment TMobile and welcome then to town, finally! I have been with them for over three years. very pleased with making the change to TMobile.
