customer service leaves something to be desired! They aren't friendly and aren't knowledgeable of their merchandise at all! Would even consider them to be completely rude!

Staff was very nice and helpful in helping find exactly what I needed. I also would like to add the cashier was very pleasant and she made sure I had what I needed for my project when I was checking out.

It's not what it used to be here when it was privately owned and operated. The Food city owners run it and you can tell....I'll be taking my stihl business else where from now own.

I had my Stihl cut-off saw repaired at this store. They did unauthorized work to the machine and overcharged for parts.I brought the issue up with the store manager, and he was rude and bald-faced lied to me.I will not be a repeat customer.

They sold me a defective Stihl chainsaw and the manger refused to honor the warranty and walked away. The saw never started after the first time. I went back the next day and the Stihl tech told me what was wrong,he honored the warranty and all worked out fine. The manger was a p***** but the tech knew what he was doing.
