Very unprofessional store and those who work there are rude. They will try their best to rip you off. I know they're salespeople but at higher grade phone stores like att and Verizon they at least know how to treat you. Don't waste your time with this store or crickett in general. They don't make as much as the bigger companies so they'll try to milk you for everything you have

Bought a Speaker. She saidnot refundable had one day cost 150.00 dollars not right it hurts my eyes the lights does said merchandise no refunds would not recommend this store to no one she. Was rude this store. A rip off

UPDATED review: Awesome store. Karri and the other ladies are great; very helpful in upgrading my phone and making sure it properly functioned. Several people came in and they were all treated very nicely. This is probably one of the best cell phone stores around and the prices are good, using AT&T's towers, the best service overall for wireless; Much better than Verizon. You've earned my respect and trust.

Caylor was very very helpful with setting up my phone and helped me pick out a case for my phone! She was very knowledgeable on all the phones in their store and even though they were busy she gave me her undivided attention and really made it a great experience!

I don't see why people are giving such low ratings. The people are such great and friendly people. I would know I raised one. When I come in they always greet their customers, they try to keep everyone happy, although here in Newport some of them can not be pleased. Karri and Caylor are very hard working and when they are scheduled together, they're a dynamic Duo. So next time before you give a low rating stop and think was it really because they didn't help you, it was terrible customer service, or was it because you didn't have the patience to wait and allow them to explain they are trying their best to help you. After all it is a smaller store.

I've been with cricket for almost 2 years. paid my bill as usual and left an abusive relationship yesterday. cricket allowed my ex to change my phone acct email address, name and report the phone stolen so I can't even call help now. it pops up fraud. I go into Newport after desperately begging for help. of course I don't know the pin on the account or security question but I can show you the text saying it was changed. I can show my name was on EVERYTHING. I get nobody wants to deal with this. but when I'm crying asking please tell me what I need to do, and you look at me like a fool? well. I get that too. I don't have money for a new phone... but when you are clueless I asked fo a manager and you refuse to call. well that's unacceptable it's not like I'm a bum that can't pay. I pay. always. and when you don't know an answer, I DO EXPECT YOU TO CALL AND FIND OUT WHAT TO DO. I know anyone who had their phone account hijacked would be the same way. it's not your fault it happened. but it is beyond unacceptable you won't do your job and assist with a solution for a paying customer.

Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great phone and service plan. Me and my husband both had straight talk for years and their service kept getting worse and worse. We switched over and got new phones each and was still cheaper than straight talk. Carrie helped us do everything. No hassle and was out the door extremely fast. Thank you Carrie and Cricket!!!!

I wouldn't even give them any stars at all. Employee doesn't seem to know what he is doing. Get messes up the cricket app when he sent it up. Manager won't even listen to what you have to say about the phones that we are having issues with have only had the. A week and can't even exchange them because its 7 days today. But they don't tell you that your first day starts on the day you get the phones even when it was in the evening. This is the reason we left Cricket the last time.
