I ask the older man at the counter to help me look for a vitamin (cvs brand). I didn’t see any. I’m hoping he can help me. I also, ask him if he had anymore in the stockroom. He said NO, the man just walked away without looking for me.If these are the people u hire! well good luck. I will not be back. Bad experience, why don’t people help each other out when they need help??

This Pharmacist thinks he's smarter than doctors. Wanted clarification to fill my script because he wasn't satisfied with why the doctor wrote it. I thought a Pharmacist job was to fill prescriptions that real doctors write out for their patients. CVS just lost a 30 year customer because " DR Pharmacist MD " didn't want to give a cancer patient his Meds.

This is by far the worst CVS I have ever used. I’ve lived in 6 different states and always used CVS for our prescriptions but this is the worst one. Takes for ever to pickup a prescription at the drive thru or inside and hardly never anyone at the window or inside. I have drove off several times because of waiting so long with just one car in front of me. Probably going to switch to Walgreens. They can have 5 cars in front of you and be faster than this store with one car

Came from Indiana to the Popcorn Sutton jam. Forgot our toiletries bag that had my meds. I just needed a couple days worth till I got home. They ended up doing a vacation override and refilled what was due anyway !! Excellent work !!

Went to hospital got a script for 3 Xanax & depression medicine for an anxiety attack that took my heart out of normal rhythm. The Indian guy says no I can't fill it. There's no address on the script. He told hospital he didn't feel comfortable with me even though I've been with CVS for 15 years!!Over 2 hours of back and forth communication with hospital and this pharmacist. Hospital said he's known in the area to make trouble for people for no reason! Long story short! Do not go here!

Called multiple times in regards to a medi that we were told would show up one day and still not available after two weeks. Whom ever the female I talked to on phone was very rude and slammed phone on me today.

Pulled in at about 8 minutes until 6 pm there was a customer in front of me who was finished being waited on until 3 minutes after 6 pharmacist pulled drawer looked at me but no contact. Now I have to make another trip back. They should at least put a sign up saying closed or last customer we will be serving today. Not just leaving you set there. Looking at other pharmacies any suggestions?

The woman who waited on me was taking over 5 minutes for me to get my covid test kits, so since she already had my two prescriptions ready, I kindly told her that she could skip the covid tests and I'll just take my prescriptions. She said it's ready and it will be just a moment. Then she took a call and completed some 5 minute long conversation with whoever it was instead of putting them on hold. Then another customer walked up and the employee STOPPED on my covid tests, bypassed me and waited on the other customer. So I stated something like "because I asked you to skip the test kits, you are making me wait longer?" To which she replied "now you are going to wait even longer". I said "you had my two prescriptions ready here in front of me and you are now making me wait. She replied "Now you have to wait for the pharmacist, I'm not dealing with you." Yes I admit I was getting more rude sounding, but it started out with me being perfectly cordial. She just took the one thing I said the wrong way and the situation escalated.This same woman is simply ALWAYS in a bad mood, just look at how she treats other customers also. They are often understaffed and the wait is long but this took me about 40 minutes for my 2 prescriptions that were ready to go! And as for the wait, there was no one in front of me in line when I got there! Still, 40 minutes and I'm not exaggerating. She needs a major attitude adjustment or maybe a better fix would be to get a job somewhere else if she hates her job so much.Oh I forgot, she DID have time to talk to her son? and grandchild? when they went up to the other part of the counter.

This is a long review, so if you don't get past this, just know that the one female staff member is the most arrogant person I've dealt with in many years. The other female employee is cordial and does her job well. I'll start out by saying that I'm not a huge fan of CVS-- I'll make an exception this time, we had great service. We're "out of towners" and my 3yo son was really sick. After a visit at the Fast Pace Health a few minutes down the street, I drove straight to CVS and went to the pharmacy. I told them his name and DOB and within less than 10 minutes, his prescription was ready. I'll also mention that they were in the process of closing down for lunch when I walked up to the counter. I would definitely recommend using this CVS if your in the area and need something!

Waited over 24 hours for my prescription. Came back in today and they told me to wait another hour. I have a terrible case of poison ivy and just NEED my cream. I drove an hour here yesterday and bac@ and now had to do the same again today AND wait another hour after 24 hours my prediction has been called in. I should have had them drop off to any other pharmacy in the area besides CVS.

The service was quick and convenient. What P____ me off. The guy that helped me at the counter I'm guessing he was a pharmacist. ( had on a white coat). Apparently he hasn't heard of HIPAA. He blurted out the names of the medications I was picking up loud enough to be heard throughout the store. Respect people's privacy.

I called to check on a prescription, had the phone muted because I was on hold so long, when the lady answered I took a second trying to unmute the phone and she hung up on me immediately. Very unprofessional, and I had to call back and go through the whole process again.

Every time I call no one ever answer the pharmacy phone. Just want to get my medicine filled. Been on hold for 12 minutes.
