I like this garage pretty well and you can trust the guys to do what they say they will and not overcharge you or screw you over. At least in my experience and as a woman I have never had any issues with this garage and they have always been super courteous, helpful and honest. I do my research when something goes wrong on a vehicle and I will know ahead of time what is usually wrong with it and how much it typically costs for the part and labor so I already know what I am going into and I don't get screwed around. I just don't want to do the heavy lifting and dirty work so I take it to professionals for that part but its imperative to know about your vehicle if you don't want to get kicked around.

Wonderful!! Lifesaver’s!! Tommy is the kindest. My mother and I were on a drive from South Carolina through to Kentucky to visit family, got a flat tire and managed to get the spare on with the help of a very kind stranger. We still had about 3 hours left to go and a 9 hour drive back through the mountains the next day (which was forecasted for rain). We were worried because the treads on the spare tire weren’t in the best shape, so we made it to Newport to see what our options were and if it was better to turn around and give up on our trip and push through the mountains back home. We tried Walmart which was helpful but didn’t have the tire we needed, and they sent us to Strange’s Eastport LLC. We made it there, explained our situation and even though they were busy, Tommy took a look immediately, and he explained the situation clearly to the two of us (who are not very car savvy). They switched our tires around to save the tread and gave us the confidence we needed to finish our trip!! Not even 20 minutes later and we were back on the road!! Amazing!! Thank you so much!!!

Great customer service! I showed up a little before opening time, everyone there was very kind and helpful. Got my truck tire patched and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Although what I needed was a relatively easy fix, I noticed the work they were doing on other vehicles there. Very good and thorough work they were performing. I won’t be going anywhere else for my tire needs.
