I have decided that game stop isn't the place to shop. they have a 14 day return policy and for those of us that work 2 full time jobs makes it hard to get there. I would not recommend buying pre order games unless u don't work a job. when you buy games they charge you a lot and when your done with them they don't give u anything for them. games r a rip-off. if u return online then they charge u a restocking fee. seems like to me its a win win for game stop and lose lose for customers.

The manager and staff were top-notch! I walked in knowing what I needed and wanted but threw them a curve ball with payment. I wanted to use the Affirm app. They had never had someone come in store to use it, and I had never been in store to use it, lol. So we all learned together. ?

Neat small shop and they often have items the other Gamestops don't, like hard to find controllers.

Closes earlier then all the other ones and can’t even stay open till it says they close. Had a in and out transaction. Woulda been done still before they close but can’t even manage that

I placed an online pick up order for Final Fantasy 16 and never picked up the game yet they marked it as picked up and charged me $76. I talked to management there and gamestop corporate and both ends kept giving me the runaround and told me to talk to the other one, I'm assuming because they didn't care and couldn't be bothered to help. I have accepted I will never received my money back for something I never received, but I would definitely recommend individuals to shop online or at local game store so you don't have to run into poor customer service and will actually get your issues resolved. I would just really like my money back for something I never received.

Really went down hill fast with the new management and workers. The place is never running right and the promotions are always wrong. Workers have friends and family talking to them casually while working and when you need help and have the interrupt them they scoff and give the most half baked unprofessional answers.

Returned a Xbox controller. The girl told me the money would be refunded to my account within 24 hours & I still haven't got it back yet. Never even gave me a receipt for my return so now I have no proof other than me spending $97 in the store on my account history.
