Awful experience waited 4 months for a check and it had been rejected 3months prior.. no call, email, or letter. We really needed this check aswell. Never again will I file here..

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!! Was told I didn’t have to pay them until I got my taxes back ENDED UP PAYING that day and still haven’t gotten anything back!! And it’s been going on 3 months!! They are NOT helpful the girl I filed my taxes with is HARDLY EVER THERE and I will NEVER go back to file taxes in the future!!!!
