This location has higher prices on many items and is often out of stock, even when the app says an item is available. The app's location guide for items in the store is frequently incorrect. The store does not stock the cheapest item options and can be hard to navigate with shopping carts due to displays and clutter in the aisles. Some customers express frustration with only self-checkout being open and suggest corporate should stock less popular items at this rural location. However, employees are very helpful and try hard. Many customers note they have never seen so many employees working and had plenty of help when needed. Staff are recognized for their kindness, for going out of their way to assist, and for having pleasant attitudes. Most everyone who works here is great, making shopping at this Lowe's a good experience.
I've been in plenty of Lowe's in Texas and Tennessee. I really liked this one. It's was not too busy, plenty of space to move around and relatively clean.

Lowes can use help. The lumber is a mess. If you want to buy for instance some planks you inspect the entire pile to find decent ones. And that's just one dept. The employees are doing the best they can with what the have to work with. But it's not a nice experience for the consumer.

I went in yesterday and the nicest man named Erich went over and beyond to help me find what I need and was even willing to talk for a while to help me further understand he completely made my day so much easier thank you.
