I only get pizza from Papa John’s now. I’ve tried everywhere else and I’ve come to the realization That PJ’s is the best in Newport. I always have the same delivery driver named Andrew and he makes sure to go above and beyond. I had received the wrong order by mistake and before I left I let him know not only did we get to keep the order but he brought us back our original order and also got a it refunded to my account. He went above and beyond and didn’t have to but he did. So safe to say my family and I will only be getting pizza from there.

The food is delicious, as per usual, I had a hard time ordering through the site. Of course that isn't entirely their fault and especially not thos stores fault in general. Delivery was speedy and friendly.

Worst Pizza Place Ever.....Never got pizza as we ordered. Who cut the pizza triangle and square cut both. This happened everytimes....I wish I could give a rating as ZERO star

Usually fairly consistent with toppings and sauce even… I mean, they’re on the pricey side so they should be… BUT the last couple of times we’ve ordered the pizza was DRY &toppings SCARCE. The dessert dish was even dried out like really bad … not sure what’s going on but can’t afford that anymore.

People working seemed to not wanna work except two drivers and the manager. The man that took my order took it but seemed to hate I even placed it I ordered a specialty pizza large and cheese bread. For the price I paid I expect to get what I pay for if I wanted ok pizza I’d gotten a frozen one from the store. My pizza was very thin crust light on the toppings just tasted old not satisfied with my vacation dinner. I hope this location gets it together. My cheese bread was late going into oven as well 15 min turned into 30 min to pick up my order. For my trouble the manager at least gave me extra sauces. Buyers beware.

Give out five out of five because their pizza is the best in my opinion and they are always on point with everything including their service but delivery sometimes takes a bit but usually because they are so busy and people don't like working anymore it seems so probably short on help too. Otherwise, everything is great.

Received order hot and in a timely manner. Driver was polite and knowledgeable. They delivered to Carson springs. {Before the big hill} No Photos I was hungry .

Ordered at 6:15 pm it said 35 to 40 minutes. Finally showed up at 7:55 pm called to check on it twice and was hung up on both times. Not very professional at all. I have worked in and around restaurants 40 years and never treated a customer that way.

Impossible to order a pizza! Also, they make delivery a hassle. I'm staying at a hotel right across the street and I told them the name of the hotel and they said they needed the address. Wow!

Papa Johns in Newport TN.Terrible. We ordered 2 pizzas and they managed to get both of them wrong. One of them was made large instead of XL as ordered, and the other had red sauce when we ordered white sauce. On top of that one of us who ate the meat pizza got sick all night.Never again. If you want pizza I suggest you get them somewhere else
