In store the employee which was manager was very very rude to a older gentleman then rude to me and my wife when we decided not to give our money to a business that treats older people that way. Then the o line ordering is a mess to say the least. So I gave them 1 more chance and tried door dash and order was immediately canceled. If it's the same owner that it used to be I cannot believe she is letting this go. That place keeps it up it'll be gone in less than a year. Firehouse coming soon. Maybe lol. And I for one will pay more for better food and service. So long subway.

Dear community,I am writing this to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred at the Subway Location in Newport Tennessee. It involves the mistreatment of a 90ish-year-old customer during the process of ordering his sandwich.Without delving into unnecessary details, it's disheartening to report that the service provided fell short of the basic standards of customer care. The rudeness, disrespectful language and demeanor of the MANAGER were horrific. Instances like these are concerning and demand our collective attention. I encourage each of you to help hold local establishments accountable for the treatment of their patrons, especially our elderly community members. Yes, Some don't speak loudly, correctly or even quickly - but that's no reason to treat them so poorly.Respect and dignity should be extended to every customer, regardless of age.It is my hope that this incident prompts corporate to thoroughly review the customer service practices at this particular Subway location and they reinforce the importance of respectful and considerate interactions.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I trust that our community can work together to ensure that everyone receives the respect they deserve when patronizing local businesses.

Our mobile orders are wrong nearly 100%of the time. Last time we went, we never selected for any oil, vinegar or mayo and when we got home, the bottoms of our subs were nearly dissolved because they soaked the bread in oil, vinegar and mayo making it basically inedible.

The employees were incredibly rude and seemed to have no interest in providing decent customer service whatsoever. From the moment we entered, it was clear that the employees did not approve of us entering their establishment. They threw items around carelessly, ignored our requests, were clearly frustrated when we corrected them, and didn't give us a moment to decide what we wanted to order or add to our sub. We felt as though they were rushing us out the door, with complete disregard for common courtesy. I've never encountered such disrespectful behavior from staff. It's evident that they despise their jobs and lack basic communication skills necessary for any customer-facing role. If the employees at this Subway location are genuinely unhappy with their positions, they should seriously consider finding alternative employment where they don't have to interact with customers. Perhaps a job behind the scenes would be more suitable for them? Overall, I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience and would caution anyone against visiting this particular Subway location until they address their serious customer service issues.

Went to go get supper and in the middle of placing my order a girl came in in Street clothed and was standing on front line picking her nose and then tried making my food. I politely told her I was deciding until the other guy came to finish my order. Like ma'am please wash your hands. I almost left without finish

Food tasted like they put it on layaway. The ham and cheese tasted like it was stored in dirty soxs. Not going back there.

Don’t make an online order and specify what you want. They won’t do it!!! I asked for extra lettuce and I got less than what I would have got if I went in there myself!!!!!!!

When I went on Friday afternoon the manager Ashley was repremanding 2 employees loudly in front of a store full of customers. Completely unacceptable. She also charged me wrong as I had a coupon. I won't be going back.

I waited for 45 minutes on my food, politely asked the manager for a cup of tap water. She had the audacity to tell me they were out of complimentary cups. I said, can you put it in a regular cup. She said it would be 25 cents. I said she should give it to me since I waited so long. She screamed at the employee and said “MAKE HIM A FREE WATER!!!” The employee was nice, but I would assume the woman who screamed was a manager. She was barking orders like one.Then I went a second time on December 29, 2023 at 8:30 P.M. and they just never came to the window, ever. After waiting for 20 minutes. I heard dishes getting washed in the background.From my own experience, and reading other comments it appears this subway has went downhill.
