I would give 5 stars but every time i come in and Paul helps me he gives me a hard time and wants to argue about it. Id be glad to talk to someone in charge. The rest of your staff is amazing. Update I really would like to speak to the owner. The story needs to come out. If i had been the manager
and heard him, i would had fired him on the spot. Ive spent alot of money in this store.
Update. No call or has anyone reached out.
Today I had another run in with Paul. Paul seriously needs to learn to keep his mouth shut. I tried avoiding him today when getting propane. Don't understand how he still has a job there. Ever since he started he's been nothing but bad apple. We had a confrontation nose to nose. I got my point across. But he still can't keep his mouth shut. As he tells me I should shop elsewhere. Please someone from this store contact me, ive tried numerous of ways in getting in touch with the owner or the manager.
The employees there go above and beyond besides Paul. He keeps putting a bad taste in my mouth.

I've only been in this store a couple of times and I feel like I'm on a first name basis already. Jason and Gary both went out of their way to make sure we got everything we needed and also that we understood how to use it. It wasn't about just making a sale, they went out of their way to make sure it would work for us. If you've ever felt intimidated walking into a hardware store this place is for you. They will make you feel at home and take care of you.

Love this store ! Wonderful staff always helpful. Make you feel important. They explain how to fix whatever it is you are working on and what you need to accomplish. And if they can't help they send you somewhere that can . Awesome people !
