My Dad closed one of his accounts out 4 days early. He is elderly, and thought he was closing it out at the appropriate time. The person “France”did not tell him he was closing it out early. He had to pay out over 3,000.00, AND they took money out of the principle. Do better US bank! Do you like taking advantage of the elderly???? Do you feel good about this!! Sickening. Your Google rating shows what people think about you!

Didn't even show up to their meeting. I had a scheduled virtual appointment with Lisa Kori per the email US Bank sent me and no one showed up to the meeting. I was seeking to set up a business account. The system the emailed me about the meeting didn't receive emails so there was no way for me to contact anyone via email about being no-showed. I called into the Newport bank several times and no one picked up. This is indicative of exactly the kind of service and relationship I want to avoid in a business account.

People are nice, though I can’t say I am confident in their services. I gave the teller my ID to spell my name (not difficult spelling) on a cashiers check and she got it wrong... then when I pointed that out she made it seem like it was my fault??? And said she read my ID??? Lol obviously she did not because my ID has my name correctly spelled. The whole process took WAY TOO LONG bc she was chatting with another customer while helping me and seemed distracted. Pretty unprofessional and concerning. I was originally considering opening up a local bank account here but I will not be!!!

I don't personally bank here, but recently 2 separate rejection letters from US Bank with different dates and reference numbers, were put into my mailbox. Both had my address but were for someone I don't even know. Naturally Im concerned that someone may be using my address to obtain credit so i called the number on the letter. I was on hold for an hour so i decided to just contact our local branch directly in Newport, Tn. The lady i spoke to at this location actually told me that the person addressed on the letter does not bank there but that she knows him and doesn't believe he would do anything like that. She then proceeds to tell me i should take the letters to the post office because they must have delivered them to the wrong address. I tried to explain that it is clearly my address on the letters and that the post office would just put them right back in my mailbox, but she continued to insist that i must be mistaken somehow and that there is nothing she could do for me. Now I'm currently on hold again (an hour and 30 minutes at this point) with the main US Bank customer service line with noone available or willing to help me with a possible fraud claim.

We paid off a truck loan on December 10, 2020. Over 60 days, and we have still not gotten our lien release letter. Their customer service is terrible. I just keep getting the same run around with absolutely no resolution. I’ve been in banking all my adult life so I know how it works. How hard can it be to type a name, address and vehicle description on a form letter, print it and mail it?

I’ve been a customer several years and the last year almost every week the atm is broke down And I have to go to a different atm location to get my money and get charged for atm fee

Very displeased with hours of bank now. Got in drive thru at 3:55,one car in front of me,took about 5 minutes for them to finish with them, then when I pulled up they told me they was closed. I had to leave work early,losing a hour of pay and now they're closing at 4:00 instead of 4:30.How is a working person supposed to do their banking?I have been a customer for 10 years. My car payment and house payment and bank payments are with this bank. So now I guess I have to lose a hour and half of my pay just so I can pay my bills.

ATM is not working. Called the bank number 3 times only answered by a machine that would not take a message, and spent 1 hour in the drive thru.

I have been a client of this bank for 15 years the last few times I've been up here there has been a shortage of tellers where I wait for an extended amount of time. I am changing my banking location

This place is very slow. I have sit in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes while the other side is being taken care of. I have also stood in line inside for 30 minutes or longer while they are taking to customers on non related bank stuff. This place is horrible.
