The customer service here is lack luster to say the least. The wifi from this company would go out for days on end and trying to get any kind of support or possible solution was non existent. The only thing to do would be to wait for hours or days on end, just hoping it would come back on. I understand wifi outages can happen. However I would expect from a company some sort of solution or course of action to get the problem resolved instead of just being kept on ice and hoping for the best whenever it turns back on.

WORST STORE IVE EVER BEEN TO! If you’re thinking about going here I would definitely stay away. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE customer service both in store and when calling the head office. They sold me home internet that didn’t work in my area and even the head office was confused as to why they told me it would work in my area when they can see it wouldn’t. In store and head office are never on the same page and everytime I’d call for help they both told me something COMPLETELY different. I work from home and been out of work because of having no service and no one in store or at the head office ever wanted to help. The cherry on top of all of this mess, they won’t let me cancel it. I have to pay almost 300 dollars to cancel and I’m not getting any service nor able to work. So why would I pay for something that doesn’t work? People in store talks to you like an idiot. If anyone is even thinking about starting up any kind of plan with this company, DONT. And I don’t mind spreading awareness to anyone that will listen about this store.

Great experience . Madison was friendly and tuned in to my issue. Could not get phone connected to my car.
They went out to my car and hooked up my phone, checked it all out and gave instructions on use.
Would highly recommend this store for all your phone and Internet needs.

David was cool man. I was there for over an hr and actually didn't care. Felt like an old school barber shop. Def recommend especially is David Spergion is on duty.

Donald at us cellular was very very helpful with my upgrade. He didn't rush us and was very patient with all my questions and setting up my phone. We will for sure be coming back. 100 stars

Went in to us cellular in Newport and was told by numerous other cell phone stores I would never get my pics back. Donald sold me my new phone and recovered all my pics and everything. He has know idea what he did for me. So if you think all is lost with your phone take it here because he is a miracle worker and the nicest guy ever. Thank you so much.

This place is absolutely horrible. We had an issue with our home internet and they didn’t help us at all. Highly recommend not going there.
