“Being a young couple, sometimes you can feel like you aren’t taken as seriously when making a big purchase, but Mike treated both of us with nothing but kindness, respect, and professionalism from start to finish. He was very patient, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable.
Mike went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy with our purchase. We truly appreciate how respectful and genuine he was toward us throughout the entire process.
If you’re looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend Mike Shade at Hometown Auto! We will definitely keep him in mind when it’s time for our next vehicle. Thank you, Mike, for treating us so well and helping us get into our Expedition!”
