Called repeatedly. No one answers the phone!!!!! Ever.
And why would a pkg, (being delivered to a Newport address) arrive at the Newport p.o. at 4 a.m. on the 6th, then be sent on for processing to Harriman, TN p.o. at 5 a.m. on the 7th??? Just deliver the damn pkg.

Super friendly staff and very knowledgable--used a PO box here that got a lot of packages so I went in fairly frequently and the employees here were always kind and patient no matter the hour. Thank you so much for all of your hard work :)

Had a package delivered over 3 months ago to another state. I was waiting for it to reach the address I delivered it to. I paid around $30 for this package. I thought maybe it was just taking a little longer than normal. I started getting suspicious so I called 3 weeks in, then 1 month in, then 2 months. They couldn’t find the package or my receipt and it never made it to my mother who I was sending it to. Thanks. Don’t recommends here.

Some people are rude, but more are nice. I've had recent experiences that changed my mind in a positive light here. They do a good job and have helped me out recently.

This post office is a joke. Online that says it's open till 4:30 I get here on the door it says 2:30 I ordered something from Amazon they send it to this post office for it to be delivered it weighs 11 lb and its 7 ft long they were unable to deliver it because it was too big two weeks ago I had a box of kitty litter was supposed to be delivered they said it was too heavy it was 40 lb the same time they left a note in the mailbox saying they were sorry but they couldn't come up the hill because it was too muddy my wife has a Kia Soul and drove right up the hill .Whatever happened to we deliver in snow and hurricanes and every other damn thing but a little mud on a hill ooooooo to scarey. You all better keep your heads up Musk is coming and he's looking to cut waste and the post office should be # one

The postmaster was very diligent and corrected an error in delivery immediately. Very friendly and super polite. He waivedd the cost of the error. Plus the staff is always extremely courteous, smiling & willing to help any way possible

My mailman is not doing their job and has been tossing the packages on the ground at the bottom of the driveway. I just waited all day for a certified letter that I had to sign for and then I watched as they chucked the redelivery form in the mailbox and didn’t even attempt to deliver the letter. If they aren’t going to do their job they don’t need it.

three years , had no issue and now all of the sudden my package delivery getting issue most of the time. was suppose to get package on 1-8-2024, Tracking shows Atlanta to Knoxville to Cosby to hartford to knoxville to Spokane WA to knoxville to Hartford and still waiting as of 1-12-2024. how do you explain this kind of service??????? no words to describe.
