My mailman is not doing their job and has been tossing the packages on the ground at the bottom of the driveway. I just waited all day for a certified letter that I had to sign for and then I watched as they chucked the redelivery form in the mailbox and didn’t even attempt to deliver the letter. If they aren’t going to do their job they don’t need it.

three years , had no issue and now all of the sudden my package delivery getting issue most of the time. was suppose to get package on 1-8-2024, Tracking shows Atlanta to Knoxville to Cosby to hartford to knoxville to Spokane WA to knoxville to Hartford and still waiting as of 1-12-2024. how do you explain this kind of service??????? no words to describe.

TERRIBLE! lost 3 separate packages of mine that I placed in their drop box. They never scanned them in as being received costing me HUNDREDS in late fees and product. They refuse to be of any help and still almost two weeks later have no clue where my packages are! I’ve went to their office over three times and each time I get “there isn’t anything we can do”. “We don’t know what happened”

Despite a few things that are fixed immediately the Newport Tennessee Post office is pretty good ?.. Sometimes you have to realize that their job can be hard sometimes

why am i suddenly having issues with the mail? no mail in a week. and if you get mail its your neighbors. medication from va never received but you send info to the va it was delivered. by the way got it about 2 months later... had no issues until this year...

We gave a mailman that doesn't put the mail in the right mailbox our apt numbers and names are in there and he still don't get it right. I have important letters. That are being return. We have complained and complained and nothing is being done

Got a “Sorry we missed you while you were out” note in my mailbox. I work from home. I was home all day. No one knocked. No one rang the doorbell. Zero attempt to deliver. Who does that help? Now I’m getting my delivery late, and USPS has to make another trip when it could’ve been done the first time.

I just wanted to say Lisa who is certified to do the passports is awesome at her job! She is so kind, quick, and efficient. She handled a line of people needing passports with ease and happiness. When you think of someone who is excellent at her job and your best employee Lisa is your person. I hope the post office sees this review and gives her a reward of some kind. It’s people like Lisa who are going above and beyond even when no one else is looking. Thank you! We will gladly make the hour's drive from NC to handle all passport things with her!
