Stopped by this morning, my car was particularly dirty! Driving back and forth on a ranch will do that but they did it again. Car looks pristine. There were some little red marks and black marks from buildup, all gone when I picked it up. Always impressed and everyone is so nice. Did the full service wash, Rigo did an excellent job. And you can get a giacomos coffee while you wait! Great combo.

Two different stalls ( the middle ones) and all the only thing that works is the hot water. No pre soak, no soap in the brush or even water in the brush. Water lines leak from the top across the bays so at least you get a wash I guess. LolNo number to call and actually just checked the other two bays that other people were trying to use and it’s the same for them. Negative 10 stars

I usually will not complain about a service and am very understanding but I'm so frustrated with the service this time! I'm 38 weeks pregnant and came here so I could have a nice clean car when baby arrives here soon. The outside was done nicely and when I asked for them to redo the rims they did a wonderful job but the inside not so much which is what I was really looking forward too! I feel like they did not even clean the inside at all and I did not get my moneys worth.

I just left from getting my car washed and when it was done i walked behind it to check the wash results and started to see a group of workers standing on the side of my car smiling - all of sudden i was drenched in freshly smoked marijuana!! i looked around to see where it came from and everyone scattered . i then got into my car and started to drive home. When I noticed the inside of my car started wreaking of it. I'm sitting in my driveway 15 minutes away from the car wash and I can still smell it in my car.! I did call the car wash and spoke with the manager who he said his name was Daniel the manager "" he said I was accusing his employees of smoking marijuana in my car which I wasn't. I was letting him know that they were smoking outside my car and I walked in the middle of it when I was checking my car wash ,he was very upset that I was accusing his employees. I've been a faithful customer of that vintage car wash for 20+ years and this is the treatment I got !!! "how dare I accuse his employees of smoking marijuana while on the job!! Very bad customer service!!

I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to this place. Super bad service they don't even try to clean the inside at all. This is the second time I have brought my car and is the same issue... don't waste your money bringing it here... and they charge you extra to wash your mats... Bad service...

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. We paid for the full service, $30ish. I took some of my works fleet to Zoom in Stockton yesterday and thought "I should take my car to get detailed tomorrow.." and remembered Vintage Carwash in Modesto being closer to me. We brought our 2021 Toyota Prius, cleaned of any trash or baby toys from the back. I even removed my baby's car seat so everything could be thoroughly vacuumed. We sat on the grass and watched the employee wipe down our car for AN HOUR. I had money in my hand for a tip long before he was even done because I assumed based on the time length he was in our car cleaning it that it must have been immaculate--I couldn't have been more wrong. It's a $30 service, so some dust and specs in the floor mats is typical, but it literally looked like they didn't even vacuum. Dirt and dust left in obvious, easy to reach spaces, dirt, leaves and twigs all over. I do a better job vacuuming in the 10mins it takes me to clean my own car at a self serve wash. My husband called the employee back over, who pointed out his manager. We drove over closer to the manager and another employee approached us and asked to help. We told her our issues with the obvious lack of effort put into a basic detail of our car, when we heard the manager (a man, dressed in all black with a lame black flat cap on) tell the employee "well he's not getting his car vacuumed there..." with tons of attitude. All they offered us was a free vacuum next time we come by. No thanks. This place is trash. Manager is trash, employee just used my Prius as a break lounge for an hour. We won't be back.Edit: my husband and I were reflecting on this experience later on and remembered we had a similar one several years ago with my old car. They offered us a free wash, but we never returned until the day I left this review. I wish we would've remembered before wasting our time and money.

While I was waiting for my car to get done, I wanted to look up the list of services they offered to see what each service entails & WOW, I was not expecting all of these 1 star reviews. I am pretty surprised because the times I've been here, I can honestly say - nothing bad comes to mind.They're super friendly - from the people that greet you when you pull up, the baristas at the coffee bar, the cashiers & the employees outside working on your car. While you wait for your car to get done, you can grab some coffee at Giancomo or find some knick knacks in their cute little gift-shop (I restrained myself from buying another candle because I don't, I repeat, - I. DONT. NEED. ANOTHER. CANDLE.) Alright, I digress.Instead of waiting in the A/C like a sane person, I decided to torture myself in the lovely Modesto heat & wait under the tree outside. All the employees that walked by smiled & greeted me - again, super friendly!Once your car is done - they wave their towels in the air & hold the door open for you when you get to your car.As far as the quality, I've seen all the pictures that people have posted, complaining about missed spots but I can say, I didn't have that issue. My car looked great, inside and out. I will definitely be back & am looking into signing up for the monthly membership.

Not as good as Zoom car wash but they get the job done. I still see where they missed. I have to correct them constantly. Zoom does detail so the quality is better.

If I could put a rating of MINUS "0", I would !!!Took my brand new Chevy Silverado 2500 HD truck into this place for it's first wash. What a BIG mistake !!! First of all, when driving up to the vacuum area, the gentleman asked if I wanted my mats washed and I answered, No. The mats were weather tech and were fastened into the floor. So they vacuumed front & back and put through the wash area. Truck came out & mentioned to the drying person to NOT clean/windex the front windshield nor the front driver & passenger windows due to a recent tint application. He still cleaned them to get the marker writing that the attendant wrote on the window.When arrived at home, had to clean off a lot of water spots & noticed a 2 inch scratch above the back door handle AND the vacuuming area person managed to PULL OUT the weather tech mats in the back crew cab section when he was instructed to NOT wash or remove them. And these mats were just laying in back with no attempt to try & fix them.If you value your car, DO NOT take it to this establishment !! Either they don't understand or just don't care.Very disappointed, Chevy guy. Modesto, CA

WORST CAR WASH IN MODESTO!!!! Save your money they do a horrible job you have better luck taking it to a kids fun raiser and little kids cleaning your car. Management is horrible Simon pretends to be blind and makes you think your crazy he doesn't see the horrible job they do. Then the owner Phil calls you to insult you and didn't even let me send him the video and pictures of his horrible work. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! The manager Simon speaks Spanish and he heard his employee tell the other guy and I quote " No lo limpiaste bien guey" (you didn't clean it right ) and he still acted like he didn't see anything not to mention I speak Spanish so I understand what was said. WORST CAR WASH EVER!!! They just want to steal your money even with evidence they refuse to reimburse you and let me tell you they charge like they do a great job. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

They are all very friendly! They try to get stuff done that you'd like...in our case a darkening of the leather in the back seat...A little pricey but in the end I'm pleased with their work....Love the cafe inside service was great...good food...All in all a lovely way to get you vehicle cleaned and sparkly

I have been searching for a good car wash place that can cater to all of my vehicles. customer service was awesome! Quality of service was fantastic! I ended up going with the gold wash and I couldn't be happier. They are lifted truck friendly w hitch is also nice up to 13" wide on the tire. Enjoy

Paid for the gold plan and received no where near that. Brought in my truck only for the interior to come back not vacuumed and the bed untouched. Would not recommend for any type of service.

I waited 45 minutes and they still were not even started on my interior. Although they took 3- cars ahead of me. The interior was what I went there for, I could have got this done for $10 instead of $30 and saved my time. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Love this place. Great prices and exceptional service. Always leave impressed by what a great job they do. I get the Full Service, vaccuuming, window cleaning, tire dressing, always looks like a new vehicle again. Grabbed a mocha at the cafe inside. Good place too. The young white girl with long brown hair who set us up for the car wash was very nice and friendly. The young black man who took our keys and began vaccuuming the vehicle was friendly and nice too. They seriously made us feel welcome. We drive all the way from Patterson to get our cars washed and detailed here. Love this place, been going for years.
