“Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were running a little behind with a staff shortage and the desk agent Tyson made me aware of it when I arrived. Well it ended up taking quite a bit longer than he thought and when it came time to pay my bill, he said I'm going to take care of your entire bill.
