Thursday Aug 3 2:42pm sign on the door says "on break be back soon" but there's a police note on the door that says 3:38am for routine building check. Clearly no one showed up to work today and wasting customers time.

I went and got a new phone at this location about a week ago. Everything went great until 2 days later, I get an email saying that I was signed up for AT&T's horrible insurance that costs $18/mo with a $250 deductible. When I initially got the phone, it was never explained, offered or otherwise told to me that this would be happening.I was already annoyed because now I needed to make a second visit to the store. During this second visit, not only did the manager not offer to help or to remove the insurance, he told me that I would need to remove it myself and that it is "added automatically." Only after I sat in the chair did he offer to remove it, probably just to get me out of the store. I was never offered compensation for my lost time due to the unnecessary second visit. Manager showed absolutely no sympathy and was argumentative. Avoid this store at all costs.

I had great service purchasing my new iPhone! My sales person was very helpful and she really knew the product! She found me a new plan that will work better for me and my sons and answered all my questions about the new phone that I traded my iPhone 8 in on. I’m really glad I decided to go to that location!

Horrific. Girl refused to help me. Said to just call 611. 611 said they absolutely had the ability to help me in store but just didn’t want to. Kept getting the run around. Changing service providers to Verizon as I type this and could not be more excited

I had a great experience at this store. Gage was really quick and helpful. I’m so happy with the new phone and case he helped me pick out!! This is the store I would send my family to if they asked where to get a phone.

The employee did not seem very interested in selling us a phone. He hardly made eye contact and was looking at a computer screen nearly the whole time. Very disappointing as I really need a new phone.

Do NOT let any of these employees near your account. I have been with AT&T since it was Cingular and have never experienced anything like the service Megan (supposedly regional manager) provided on 7/4/22. Went to get a new phone, she added a new line and additional features without my authorization. Downgraded my plan and did not even process my trade in although she said she did. Meanwhile saying she was sending me confirmation emails which I could not access because she had already switched my phone off. Had to call AT&T myself to get everything sorted out. Completely dishonest all the way around.

At and T is by far outdoibg any other service and these people on Nolensville are truly nice friendly outgoing are great at what they do more than knowlegable patient and caring. The line isn't long and even if it is the wait time isn't long very polite friendly and professional mo is a great manager and will do all they can within their ability to go above and beyond for you.

Happen to be on that part of town and went in and finally met "Mo" the manager..He was sympathetic and sincere to my situation and aggravated at his poorly trained employee..He gave me a screen saver for my new phone and a sincere apology..If you have no choices and happen to go by holla at "MO"..If he's not there Good Luck!

I have been with AT&T for 5 years and I must say this is the worst store I've been to. I ordered a phone online for pickup and this store showed it was available. I drove all the way there passing 3 other AT&T stores, picked it up and a hour later while I'm at home sitting on my couch the customer service rep called me to say he forgot to activate it and I have to come back. So I had to get up and drive another 30mins across town in the middle of mid day traffic and a thunderstorm so I can sit the another 45mins for him to figure what he didn't do or did wrong and get my phone activated..Once it was on and good to go I asked for a complimentary screen protector, phone case or heck even a $10 credit to compensate for the additional time and gas that was spent on my part having to correct his mistake..He said he can't and the manager is the only one and he'll be here tomorrow..I asked could he call and ask the manager and he wouldn't even do that..He dialed the number and handed me the phone..I'll never go there again...
