To say the least, unfortunately the Bank manager was ignorant, after asking fir business loan upon to financial person recommendation.I think he’s only welcome certain people than other people.

Can't say Thank you enough for the super kind staff at this location with their help in my time of need. These are the people that set a business apart from others, genuine neighborly folks. Thank you again for all you've done!

Bull. You're open, just called First Horizon...and no Yelp Available. Your service is a disgrace. Rude people and horrific customer service. Please just sell to BofA or some other real Bank.

I really love the friendly people at my Nolensville branch. Everybody is friendly and it is nice to know those people on a personal basis. That is the beauty of small towns. As a depositor at a local bank your tellers and manager get to know you. They are also aware of your deposits and your savings. So, that being considered, it seems logical that if you went to your local bank for an auto loan, the process would be quick, simple and painless. However, in the case of First Tennessee, that is not the case. My wife and I have excellent credit, substantial savings & investments and lot's of equity in our home. But when I went to my local branch for a small $15,000 auto loan, I was told that I would be contacted by someone from a central office. It took another call back from me and three days later I was contacted by the loan person. This central rep starts giving me the third degree, asking me questions like I am trying to borrow a half-million dollars. He never checked our accounts, our credit ratings, etc. So much for "personal banking". In the end, a depositor for six years is treated like a total stranger. I became so disgusted with their process I just hung up the phone. I was ready to withdraw all of our funds but my wife talked me out of it. At the dealership, I secured a loan in literally 10-miniutes. I was given a decent interest rate and I was driving my new car in 45-minutes. The general management at First Tennessee's corporate office should get a clue and treat their depositors as well as their local employees.

I used to love this bank but I have had issues the last 2 years with anything other than making a deposit. The people are nice but they make constant mistakes that require allot of extra footwork on my part when it was their mistakes. I will be moving my account as soon as I can get everything tied to it changed.
