Welp I had a terrible visit at this bank today. The interaction started off well then went downhill. I truly felt like my personal business was spoken loudly across the lobby.

DO NOT BANK HERE. They are ridiculously strict on overdraft fees and have zero understanding of special situations.

I don't use them for a bank, but they service my mortgage. That thing where you require almost no assistance ever, but you just pay every month and everything is fine. Well, the few simple things I have tried to do with this bank have not worked.

I know they start each day trying to make it better but I am not sure how. The only way they fail is they fail to disappoint you. You deal with real people that seem to care about both the customer and the product. Terry Walker takes care of me but I know everyone I have interacted with in the last few years would work as hard as he does to make banking enjoyable and profitable for me. Banking at its best.

Lee Moss, Dallas Caudle, Terry Walker, and Andrea Hill, to name a few, have always been there to help us with all our banking needs, and provided exceptional service. Through the merger, we are now getting to know some great new friends at Franklin Synergy.
