5 stars for MyEyeDr in Nolensville! They are always so good with my children, they have a large selection of glasses to choose from, and it’s really easy to schedule appointments. We won’t go anywhere else. This place is great.

The staff there are great, friendly and professional, the master fitter was very helpful and explained the quality of the glasses and that he will be there to help with anything I need in the future, I highly recommend myeyedr in Nolensville .

The doctor here is amazing. I have been going to her for years, however after merging with “my eye Dr” the price jump for contact exam was significant. The manager was nice enough to discount some but I’m sad to lose her as a local provider now under a larger chain that seems to be making it more expensive for the patient. Hopefully that doesn’t continue to be an issue

I would have given 5 stars to the doctor but staff is only getting 2First I would like to say the only reason I will go back to this office is because of Dr Rudowski. She has always taken the time needed to explain what she is doing and made my kids feel very comfortable. The the staff is a different story. On the day of my appointment Vivian was helping me order my glasses. She had to ask another associate several questions about how to put my order in. After 45 minutes (total of 1 1/2 hours). I had to leave for another appointment. I was told they would finish the order and call me and I could pay over the phoneThey never called I had to call them back. Was told my glasses would be back in about 2/3 weeks.After a month a called to see if there was a problem. Was told my glasses were there and could get them any time. It was discovered that they had my number as 555-5555 so not able to reach me. Of course what happened is that the person that made that call was either to lazy or just didn’t care to pull my file to find the correct number. Since NO ONE has the number 555-5555. When I picked up my glasses they were wrong. That really did not surprise me since Vivian did not seem to have any idea what she was doingShe also helped me when I picked upMy glasses and again very rude and would not let me look at the paper with my phone number. So I could point out the error to the manager.The manager did get the reorder done and verified my phone number so they could call me as soon as they are in.

My experience at MYEYEDR (Nolensville) was wonderful. They were thorough, patient, and did a great job explaining my eye health and eyewear options. John was a great help with scheduling my appointment and researching the best options that fit my budget.

Dr. Rudowski is AMAZING but the front office staff has horrible attitudes. They make my visit unpleasant every time, but Dr. Rudowski's expertise helps make up for it.

Scheduled a 3pm appointment, arrived and checked in at 2:55pm. At 3:30pm, I asked the receptionist to cancel it as I was still sitting in the waiting room....We all get that appointments run over, emergencies happen, but you should manage it better. Tell your patients that you are running behind when they walk in the door.DO BETTER!

I went to MyEyeDr for the first time and I had such a great experience. I received several reminders of my appointment as well as a call the day before to remind me. Giselle at the front desk was welcoming and got me checked in right away. Glenda was the person wo did all my testing and assisted me with trying to put contacts in for the first time and was so patient and willing to guide me through that process, she was so kind and helpful. Dr. Norsworthy was friendly and really took her time with me and I felt like she genuinely cared about my vision health. Eric (General Manager) sat with me and we went over many options for glasses and contacts. He was great, friendly and took time to look at my insurance to see what was covered and what wasn't and I could tell he cared about the service that he and his team gave. I will 100% be going back for all my eye care. Great Job to the entire team at MyEyeDr.

Local office is okay, but their remote lab is awful. They made my glasses wrong twice, then lost the third order twice. Nine weeks, still no glasses and no explanation.

Today I had a great experience at MyEyeDr.Nolensville. From being greeted at the door through paying for my new glasses, the entire time was professional, thorough and friendly. John was very helpful with researching my insurance and selecting frames. I’ll be using this office in the future.
