This location used to have decent service. Not anymore. It's worth it if you need a PO box but avoid the employees.

Candace, the post master wrongfully fired me. She was mad I was leaving to another post office finally getting benefits and bettering myself without telling her until it was almost time for me to leave. She said I took 100$ when I just got paid an almost 3k dollar check the same day. Also, I told her the same day I could go to the bank and put whatever was short back, but instead she told me to not worry about it wait til the next day, and I put it in there after she acknowledged my drawer had a shortage. I also worked a whole week after in another office and money was never short. I also worked at Walmart with way more money, and never had a shortage. I was warned about this woman by many people before going to her office and they were right she is rude to customers has her son working in the office when he is under 18. She also had my password and login I believe she set me up. I filed an eeo and the lady told me Candace said she was upset because the customers were bringing me food during the holidays when we are all up there eating and drinking. This is a jealous woman who has no camera footage of me stealing just her word, she is the worst manager I’ve ever had and doesn’t know how to even function a computer. SHE NEEDS TO GO! This is Dominique the black male clerk everyone liked I miss all of you at Nolensville!

They are to lazy to drive down my driveway it's not to long or in bad condition they are just typical government employees who are collecting a check for not doing there job it ups FedEx and Amazon have no problem delivering packages

The staff at this location are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I was dreading going to the post office because of experiences at other locations, but this USPS office is one of the best customer experiences of any kind that I’ve had in a while. While I was there, I observed staff be very patient and kind with an irrationally irritated customer, and provide amazing service to everyone. Thank you to Destiny and the team for helping me today! Much appreciated, and I’ll definitely be back when I need to ship more items.

The worst post office I've ever been to. The woman always there during lunch hours is always rude and makes people feel stupid. I have also never heard of a post office not having tape or allowing people to use tape. Any other usps I have been to is more than happy to tape up a box for me. I thought I would try again this week because I haven't been there in a while and it was the same thing. Very unhelpful. Social anxiety is a thing and to be belittled in front of people makes it worse. Safe to say I will never go to this post office and if you don't want issues shipping things out, you shouldn't either because it's a fight to even get help.

We came in with over 50 packages during a busy time of day. Candace, the postmaster, helped us and the process was very smooth and as quick as 50 packages could be. This is our second time coming with a lot of things to mail, and we have been very satisfied both times!!

We have specified multiple times with the postal service that we prefer our package deliveries be left on the front porch. They just cannot get the message it seems. Packages have been crammed in the mailbox - tearing up the box/bag that they are shipped in. Mail has been stuffed into the box as well. When the carrier brings the package to the house, it isn't always left on the front porch. Today, for example, we are experiencing extremely high winds and rain - the weather service says the worst in 20 years. A very light-weight package was left at the basement entrance - not the front porch. This was a large box with a straw hat in it. I didn't know there had been a delivery because it wasn't left at the front porch - was left at the basement entrance. I happened to look out the window and saw the box being carried by the wind across the front of our property and caught up with it in the middle of the 20 acre field. VERY poor service!

Tramell Mckissack displayed the worst customer service today. Not only did she falsely tell me that my package could not be shipped (without giving me any reason why), but when I asked her the name of her supervisor she gave me a false name. I later spoke to another employee at the post office who told me that Tramell had given me the incorrect name of her supervisor. She was huffing and puffing and slamming things and rolling her eyes when she spoke to me. When I asked her why she was being so rude, she laughed at me. The whole experience was horrible and extremely unprofessional.
