This is the best fencing class ever. I am a fencer here and the lessons are easy to understand, there are so many friends, and you generally have a lot of fun. The coaches are flexible and nice too. You also improve at a fast pace.

Our son has been with Williamson County Fencing Club since the summer when he tried a camp out with several of his friends. They enjoyed it so much, most of his friends are still members, including my son. My son and I have played many sports over the years, and WCFC is easily on my short list of favorite coaches of all time. Coach keeps kids reasonably on task, speak sternly when needed, and always speaks with care and respect. And they let the kids be kids and have fun also. Most of all, my son really enjoys the club, the people and the sport. I can't wait to go to tournaments to see the WCFC kids play competitively!

We have been with this fencing club for more than 2 years now. Both coaches are the most considerate and best human any one can meet. Their technique of teaching fencing is remarkable. Concentrating on individual and correcting them right then. Most of all the coaches are friendly and very flexible. I highly recommend anyone who want to learn fencing. Whether you are young or old, this is the place to go. This club turned around so quickly they made a novice to fencing to win a medal in competition. That speaks a lot about their skills.

My daughter has been learning fencing with them for the past 2 years. She loves it! Couches pay individual attention to the fencers and bring out their talents. They teach different techniques, self-control, and respect for each other. They make them ready to compete in the tournaments. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to learn to fence.

We have been a fencing family for over 7 years, we have been members of the Williamson County Fencing Club for over one year. My kids love to fence and it will likely fence for the rest of their lives. The environment at the club is positive with lots of opportunities to free fencing and refereeing. Fencers get continuous feedback of the development of their game and have the opportunity to build healthy peer relationships. Fencers form a tight knit group and this is typically on full display at tournaments where fencers are usually in view of the piste supporting their club mates. As a fencing parent I typically spend over six hours per week observing my children’s classes and over the years we have benefited from the expertise of many coaches in the southeast region and the coaches at Williamson County Fencing Club provide a high level of instruction tailored to the strengths of each fencer. If your fencers want to compete at the regional and national level they will definitely make progress here.

We are new to the fencing world, but we are not new to the world of professionalism in coaching/team building (one-on-one & team sports). In fact, my husband and I have played sports, coached sports, officiated sports and have had 3 children in sports for the vast majority of the last 40 years and unfortunately we have experienced bad coaching. This is not the case with WCFC.We have been more than pleased with our experience with the WCFC and look forward to watching our fencer continue to improve while he is in the safe and fun environment that Turk and Wejdan provide.

My daughter has been attending the Williamson County Fencing club for over two years. This is a family run business and it is operating like a close family business. Turki and Wejdan pay close attention to the kids and train them. They had to close operation due to COVID-19, however, members continued supporting them. This would not have happened if we as parents did not care about them and how they run their small business. They also listen to parents and adjust as unexpected events like the flooding that caused them to close for cleaning, however, at the suggestion of a parent they offered free lessons. They constantly look to better their operation and they are not afraid of recommending training at another location to complement theirs. I highly recommend their fencing club and by joining, very soon you will find out why.

This is a husband and wife operation and not run professionally. In September the building where fencing is taught was flooded and there was no fencing for over 2 1/2 weeks. The wife kept sending out emails that it was out of their control and offered no customer service. They tried to get the parents to find them another gym to practice in. I sent them an email that they should offer professional lessons for free to make up for all the lost time. They said great idea. They started back up in October and we were able to go once before getting quarantined. They immediately sent out an email that we were required to pay $5 a day for payment not received after October 4th after not having lessons for 2 1/2 weeks and us paying for the full month of September. My son ended up being quarantined and we were not able to go back to lessons till October 14th. We offered them a full month of October payment yet they are demanding we pay an additional $70 and $5 additional per day for late payment. Now I'm just trying to get them to give us the lessons owed to us from September. Dealing with them is very much a hassle and they are not fair.

The instructors truly care about the fencers and their families. They work hard to help the students learn the sport and are always thinking of ways to help them become the best fencers that they can be.
