“I lived in a 1 bedroom base level apartment for 6 months here and loved it. The space is nice for a good cost and Wendy is great! She explained everything clearly when I signed the lease, which was very helpful since this was my first place.

She’s very kind and quick to respond, I had a water leak late at night- during the ice storm this winter- WHILE she was on vacation, and she had someone there the next morning to get it resolved. My fan had an issue after I moved in and Wendy promptly had it replaced in a single afternoon. The grounds are well taken care of, the parking lot is nice, I love the pool, they even have a little cooking area outside for warmer weather with grills.

Overall I’m very impressed with how they’ve kept up the place, and honestly the “age” issue some people mention in their reviews wasn’t an issue for me. My apartment was freshly painted, beautiful new ceiling fans and chandelier in the kitchen, with brand new appliances.

My only grievance would be the door sticks sometimes and can be hard to open in the winter, but that’s also normal. I definitely recommend this apartment and would have stayed longer in different circumstances.”
