Went in tonight with mother. Found 2 shirts. One did not have a tag. No registers were open on clothes side. Had to go to perfume counter. Blonde started to ring us out. I told her no tag. She said she had to look it up for inventory purposes. I was in a hurry, went back to see if another was on table. SHE SET MY MOTHER & HER TWO SHIRTS ASIDE. PROCEED TO RING UP ANOTHER LADY!! She should have continued to look up shirt as she first said. I left very pissed off. She should have handled us first. Not stop looking up item. It will be a long time before I return.

To expensive for same clothes you can get elsewhere cheaper. We didn't make purchase because of the prices and went elsewhere.

Last night I went to buy a ring my girlfriend had looked at when we were there earlier. By myself this time . So I could surprise her for Christmas. The employees would not acknowledge my presence this time even crowded me at the counter and one saying well Its time for a dope and smoke letting me know they had other stuff to do at 7.00 pm maybe it was closing time.The big guy knew I wasnt Happy and acted like he wanted to say something but didnt . Guys 2grand may not be a big sell for you but I will spend 3 grand today and not spend it in your store. Your Lose

I like coming to this store because of their service, however I don’t appreciate interrogating question of one of the associates (Cindy), I had a luggage purchased from a different store and was carrying that under my stroller and this associate stopped me and asked me if I have a luggage under the stroller and I said yes, then she saw the tag on it from the store I had purchased that from, and I said I didn’t get this from here! I understand that it’s necessary to keep an eye however they should be considerate of the fact that people can be carrying stuff from different stores since it is not the only store in the mall! She wasn’t even apologetic about that either! I find this very disturbing and offending! She made me very uncomfortable and I won’t be coming back to this store ever again! It is very inappropriate & disrespectful behavior from this associate (Cindy)!

Love, love, love Belk. The reward dollars are so helpful and wonderful. The sales and markdowns are phenomenal! The employees are the best! Give your stuff away when it's in good shape! You can't beat the buy one get two free sales! And the clearances - you can't miss finding something fabulous in styles and savings!

The Oak Ridge Belks has always been treated like a stepchild, with the quality and choices of merchandise being far less than that in the larger stores. For that reason I seldom shop there anymore. However, this recent visit gave me some hope; the merchandise was fresher, there was more of it, and the quality seemed better than usual.

Belk clothes have always seemed too quality....I am sad I don't feel that way any longer. It is starting to feel like an upscale Kohls.
I saw two employees in the entire store, as understandably employment has decreased astronomically since 2020. The ladies bathroom was in dire need of cleaning. So sad.

My soon to be wife ordered several jewelry items for her bridesmaids from the store. The order was broken up into two separate mailings, for whatever reason. Got the first package, no issues. When the second order came in, it was short one item and the other was an empty box. We tried to call the store, no one answered. (We tried the MOD option and several different departments with no one picking up the phone.) We tried to get in touch with the ‘dot com’, nothing but automated messages.
Absolutely horrible customer service from every single level.

Terrible store. Poor selection of men's clothing, shoes and shoe boxes scattered about, no one around to help, poor lighting, dirty entrance areas, ect. Best to shop elsewhere.

So, I am an employee at Oak Ridge Belk and I just want to thank the entire staff for being so welcoming and kind to me. My father passed away Christmas Eve, he was my best friend so I left my job in Wisconsin and came to Tennessee the next day. I’m 26 with the responsibility of a 66 year old man now and I couldn’t do any of this without the amazing support from this team. It brings me to tears thinking how grateful I am for this job.
