I went in to use Citgo gas station bathroom but the gas attendant pointed at bathroom said it was out of order and smiled. I would not recommend this gas station. He was not very friendly. Store was dirty.

The cashier (who I’m guessing was the owner by the way he was talking/acting) seemed very nice when I came in. I came in to buy a new vape. He told me about some new vapes they had in stock and the prices. $20 for a Geek Bar or $50 for 3. Honestly, that’s an ok deal but I only had enough for one. So, I bought the Geek Bar. He said “It’s really a great price. I’ve seen some places charge $40 for a vape!” (Which is BS and crazy… I’d never ever ever pay that much for a disposable vape… but whatever). I purchased the vape and asked him if I could test it in the store. That’s a common request bc the vapes come “as is” and most places won’t refund or replace them even if they are defective. This completely changed his attitude. He looked at me like he was offended. I tried to explain to him that I do this any time I buy a vape. He didn’t really say anything but I could tell he was offended and angry. His whole demeanor changed. He was no longer friendly and got kind of a sassy tone with me. As I was walking out I said “thank you very much, sir” and he condescendingly said “thaaanks”. 🙄 I will not be buying anything from this store ever again. There’s a much better tobacco shop right across the street with much better prices.

Not diabetic friendly, only had 1 sugar free soda option, Pepsi zero.. definitely don’t go to this station.. I suggest going to others

Gas light on, close to empty, and Google maps suggested this gas station bc closest and still open. It was NOT open. Frustrating

Terrible establishment. Doesn’t honor guarantees on their products. Very unprofessional. Had to contact my bank to file a chargeback for defective merchandise.

I walked over from the hospital to buy snacks and headphones since the guest shop was closed. The headphones I bought wouldn’t work so I walked back over. At first the guy said, “No refunds!”, but he couldn’t show me the “No Refunds” sign. Then he said I didn’t buy those headphones there, that I bought them elsewhere, when I was just there ten minutes beforehand!Finally, he said he would only charge me $2.00 for another pair. I paid it because I needed the headphones, but I will NEVER go there again and will tell everyone to not shop or stop by there.If I could rate them a zero, I would. I’m so disappointed in humanity and frustrated with his service!
