I've used this CVS for over two decades, never again.
I got stuck in their drive through for about half an hour. I had accidentally cut into my leg with a chainsaw earlier that day and needed to get the meds the ER had prescribed. So, yes I could have gone in, but I didn't feel like walking at the time. There was one car taking FOREVER, again I sat there for half an hour. When that car finally pulled away, the guy in front of me got to the window, took just a few minutes, and drove away. I then made it to the window just in time for the shutters to close on me. Now, at this point it was a few minutes past the 8pm closing, but I had sat there for half an hour waiting.
I hobbled in to the store to complain about the treatment. The assistant manager was less than useless. She was dismissive and never even offered an apology.
The next morning I hobbled back in the store to have my prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy. I then spoke to a manager who was no more help than the last. He made some excuses for the pharmacy, one being that their registers automatically shut off at 8. I don't know if that's actually true, it sounds pretty sketchy to me. Anyway, he didn't even offer an apology for the treatment.
I had my prescriptions sent to a local pharmacy that treated me like more than a number in their corporate file.

Only used the drive through for a pick up, but the staff was very quick and friendly. Used the app to track and got a notification when it was ready, so there was no wait.

OAK Ridge CVS Pharmacy is the best. All the staffs are very courteous and professional. Monica Patton is an awesome manager!

Used to be good. Now it is a nightmare: my prescription did not change and, as others have reported, they periodically mess up my prescriptions. As a result I had once to wait days without my prescription. If you have a question, they don’t even answer anymore. They clearly do not care. My insurance now lets me go somewhere else and I am switching. Enough is enough.

Almost never have meds in stock. Anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to get from another store. The last took 4 days to come in. If I need meds I need them now not days later. Very small pharmacy dept.
