The assistant manger of this store is completely unreliable and provides horrible customer service. I brought my son's bike here for a repair and was told it may take up to 3 weeks. After a month of not hearing anything, I returned to the store to find out they cannot get the part needed. I asked why I was not contacted, but no one took responsibility. Shortly after that, I brought a different bike in for repair, and it was a similar experience... the assistant manager said it'd be done at a certain time, no one called, and when I returned to the store it was sitting where we left it, not repaired. The assistant manager was not there at the time, and no one knew the status of the repair. I was told again they'd call me... No call. When I returned the next morning, they still didn't know the status of the bike. The actual bike repair guy was there, so thankfully he was able to finish fixing the bike. Again the assistant store manager had dropped the ball because no one knew the status of the repair. I will not return for a bike repair knowing what I know now. The assistant store manager is irresponsible and needs held accountable. Period.

I was surprised that they wouldn't call to check stock for me at another store. The retail side of the company I work for still does this for customers. My phone had died while trying to check the stock at another location I will just continue doing business else where.

Absolutely excellent service provided, especially by the Ms. Ryan, the manager, she demonstrated excellent customer service and actually saved me tons of money on my big purchase. Thank you to this store and Ms. Ryan for a wonderful experience.

Purched a pair of shoes that had to be ordered. Illiterate associate typed in incorrect address and shoes where shipped to wrong address and the store can't do anything about it, "you have to call our customer service line to resolve this issue ". Shoes were paid for at time of sale and so the saga continues.

I showed up a little early in the season to purchase some winter gloves. I didn't get very far into the store when an employee stopped to ask if I needed help; she explained they didn't have gloves out yet, but she would get some from the back of the store. She brought a couple of pairs out that were perfect, and even offered them in different colors if needed! I didn't get her name, but that is by far the best customer service I've ever received anywhere!

First time shopper. The store was clean and a pleasant atmosphere. My rating is based on lack of product availability and the entire time I was in the store, not once did an employee ask if I needed help.
