There is no FedEx near me but customer service is very slow and the drop box pick up times take forever to update. If I can ill avoid using FedEx because i never know when my packages will actually get picked up. Sometimes they miss those pick up times.

The people at Walgreens in Oak Ridge where I finally got to drop it off were good. I had already went to Walgreens in Clinton the night before that closed 2 hours before fedex and their website said they closed. Then I went to the Dollar General in Oliver Springs that was listed as a drop spot and nope, they no longer take packages. Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder UPS is taking the lead with the service.
