This was my first visit there. I have really tough heels that need a lot of extra TLC. They did a phenomenal job!!! No complaints! They also have a wonderful lemon sugar scrub that not only feels amazing, but smells fresh and heavenly. My toes are sparkling and my feet & heels are soft and seriously glowing!! Hands down- will be back!

Amazing and friendly atmosphere I really enjoy all the employees they smile and joke with u and make u want to come back. They don't force you to get things you don't want. So for a great place to get your nails done or your eyelashes or your eyebrows choose this place my daughter and I absolutely love this place wouldn't go anywhere else thank you guys for being so kind.

Thank you to Tiffany for fantastic service. Everyone at Five Stars was so kind and the shop was very welcoming and clean! Tiffany provided me with an awesome liquid gel fill and pedicure! She demonstrated top notch service!!!

My daughter and I are from out of state and needed our nails done for a wedding, we asked for gel manicures. Five Star was able to schedule us for a perfect time and gave us amazing service. Rain was personable and fun and my nails look fantastic. If we ever come in town to visit I will schedule again. Thank you for your superb service today.

A. P. Oak Ridge I tried to leave a zero but could not . My experience is somewhat the same as all the others that have left a review for "five star nails" I had dips put on and in they were done well and I received a coupon for my birthday for a percentage off my next visit. I had a Mani & a pedi. Went back couple months later for my birthday with the coupon and after giving her my credit card I asked her if I got my percentage off and was told " oh I forgot so sorry next time next time" Ok OK next time comes and she did the same thing as she has done with others instead of soaking the dips off she kept trying to pull them off, and my nails ended up like tissue paper! I brought the certificate with me, handed it to her and again upon paying I asked her if that included the percentage off and again I was told " oh so sorry next time next time" Well, I was dumb and gave it a third try same thing happened and I said to myself that's it. I'm done. I'm never coming back.! I've had dips on for over five or six years and never had an experience like that ever! I should've stopped after the second time, but I haven't had too many good recommendations here in Oak Ridge! Still in search of a good salon for Mani's & Pedi's.

Requested style: I wanted a beautiful coral color or Beach vibe! The one I received was gorgeous, with the finest hint of glitter behind it! Special requested a little aurora borealis Crystal be sprinkled on the tip of my nail on my ring fingers! Perfect!!! Chavez did my pedicure, it was amazing, I was truly pleased! Overall, a great experience, I highly recommend this salon!
Cleanliness: Beautiful facility, appear to be quite clean and organized!
Stylist: Michael was my manicurist, he was amazing! Very patient, very kind, and determined to please, which he did!!!
