My ratings are for the two people that help me get through the online process of getting two storage units. I haven't experienced anything with my unit, as of yet, as I won't be moving in until Wednesday on the 15th of October this year. D'Letia and TJ were very patient and very helpful with walking me through everything to get the application done. I wouldn't have been able to do it without them. I'm a senior citizen and I am not Tech savvy whatsoever. I want to give a big shout out to them for helping me, being very kind, and very helpful. They are terrific employees!

Easy access but would help if they had a map on their app showing the location of the unit the person rented.

This was crazy-easy! After hours. We needed storage right away. Did it all on my phone. Got access to gate, storage building, storage unit, and locking ability.
Super clean and secure. Moving carts were conveniently available for use.
Lee followed up with a friendly and helpful courtesy call the following day.

Yall were great when I moved in. Had no issues. Then 6 months later yalls smart door wouldn't open for three weeks. Ya think I'd got a discount. Nope, up'ed my rent $20.00 bucks from $70.00 to $96.00 within my first year of storing my stuff there. I was at another joint Fer 5 years climate controlled and a larger space with no rent increases the whole time. F store ease. Yall are not helpful when I couldn't get in my unit for three weeks at all. N I got no well here's a 50 dollar credit for not being able to not access my stuff for three weeks cuz yalls handyman is in Burmingham Alabama which is only a few hours away. F yer stupid over the top rent increase n f yalls not getting me in my unit faster than than three week's. My rent increase makes sense. Yall just built another 400 unit building behind the old one in oak ridge. F yall. I'm getting out n away from yall greedy F's

Video chat desk help and electronic locks you can work with your smartphone. Very new age. The space was clean and dry. Lots of construction with upgrades going on. Seemed a bit pricey from what I remember.
