Very bad. They dont know what they are doing, basically... I had to tell them where to add my interest earned and capital gains in the tax form. Not only that but they charge an absoult non-sense ammount of money for the smallest things. I would not recommend doing your taxes here, specially if you have anything out of the very basic in your tax form (investments, international ...)

H&R block in Oakridge TN has the best lady working for them her name is Brandi & we go see her every year and will continue to she is so friendly & makes the process so easy and fast I will not go anywhere else to have my taxes done except with her @ H&R Block

Not a fan of paying extra for the so called "tax expert" to ask me what all the numbers on a tax document mean and then having her roll her eyes at me when I asked why had to pay extra when I had to help her out. I'll file my own taxes from now on and stop paying companies that employ people that behave as a 15 year old teenager does rather than being professional and providing simple explanations. So long H&R Block.If you insist on going here, see Tanisha. At least she knows what she's doing.
