Excellent service. Charles was very knowledgeable on the beds and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Delivery was also great. Now that I have slept on the bed for a few nights, I am very happy.

Marshall the sales guy was great at the Oak Ridge store in TN...but got it home and open it and there was a stain on the mattress cover and it was suppose to be brand new.

Great store and they work with you to find the right mattress plus if your mattress doesn't work they will pick it up and bring out another one. They give a 120 day trial. Who does this anymore.

After much research online My husband and I ended up driving approximately 30 miles from our house to look at mattresses at Mattress Firm in Oak Ridge Charles welcomed us in in and answered the many, many questions we had!! We actually enjoyed the conversation and purchased a good mattress we could afford Charles was patient and thorough in his answers and Thanked us for coming in today

Our experience with Marshall was great, but the process of picking up our mattress and frame went horribly wrong. We were originally told that we could pick up on the 9th. I called on the 9th to make sure that our items were available at the warehouse and was told that they weren't there. I waited over the weekend until Monday to find out that we would now have to wait almost another 2 weeks to be able to pick up items we already paid for because the warehouse will issue our anything they can regardless of who is scheduled. The main reason for the poor review is that if something is paid for already then the customer should be able to pick it up at their convenience and it should be held until they can get it and not given to someone else.

CJ provided one of the worst purchasing experiences I've ever had. Beyond that, the moving company, Christian Brothers Moving knowingly delivered a damaged bed frame. I ultimately had to contact the manager to get this issue resolved. Jade was very helpful and saw to it that the issue was resolved.

I walked in the store at the Oak Ridge location and was met by Marshall. I explained what I was looking for and he immediately directed me to exactly what I needed. Very pleasant and helpful young man.

O8/30/23Back for another round. This time I came with cash because I didn't want a 2nd bad experience when they refused my check twice The young man in the store today was absolutely excellent. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable.July of 2021 - 2 starsThe Oak Ridge staff is fantastic. They are not at fault.They know their stuff, are friendly, kind, very helpful and because of them I made a second attempt at making a purchase.Mattress Firm uses a check verification firm that is harming their business and reputation. I tried to buy a mattress in March. Check denied, no reason given. Excessively ample funds to cover the check-- didn't matter. Went to the Credit Union and got a cashier's check supported by the CU. Thought I would be sleeping well by the next night. No such luck. Mattress Firm requires a cashier's check be held for ten days while they verify it. Stupid. I cancelled the order. Today, 3 months later, still in need of mattress, I tried again, figuring it was some kind of computer glitch. INSTANTLY denied again. This time I demanded to know why. Ten minutes on hold later, it was INSTANTLY accepted. No explanation.If I were not so impressed with the outstanding young woman who makes this store look good, I would probably have cancelled again.Mattress Firm upper level management -- have you any idea how embarrassing and upsetting this experience has been for me?? NEVER AGAIN!
