The customer service here is garbage. Kelli will add extra charges that she doesn't tell you about when you rent from them. Then won't respond unless she feels like and blames the customer when they call her and the company out on the bs. Don't rent from here ever. Expensive and the customer service is straight trash.

Great storage facility as long as you don't have a job hours of 10 to 3 are extremely hard when you have to work so keep those hours in mind when renting and then even with those hours you have to even get them to come into the office and then that makes it that much harder to rent from them

Great location. Reasonable prices and very friendly management. My items were in storage for over a year and nothing was dirty, damp or infested with critters. Highly recommend Northtown Self Storage!

I do not normally post reviews, but Kelly has been amazing to me over the last six years. If you need a storage facility, this would be the first one I would call. Not only is the management top notch, but the facilities are as well!!

The company I work for has had a storage room here for over a year and they are awesome! I love the manager, she is THE best but the facilities are always super clean. They offer many different sizes of storage rooms. They offer pull ups and non/&climate controlled. The location is easily accessible and the prices are very reasonable! I will always recommend this storage facility to anyone!

We had 2 trailers stored here. They were safe and secure and the management was wonderful to work with! Kelly made everything easy, was very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. The access was great and I would highly recommend Northtown Self Storage.

We have had storage units here for over a year. Kelli was very accommodating for us. As the size of our storage needs changed we moved to other units at North Town. Security was always top notch. Our belongings always stayed clean and dry too. It was a pleasure working with North Town Self Storage in Oak Ridge.

I've been with them since they opened and the service and space have been exceptional, especially for the price. Easy pull thru RV storage; in and out in 5 min usually. And Kelli is always great to work with!!

Great service, great space. Easy to pull a big trailer in and out of, no mud and great gravel. Very secure location off the beaten path. Excellent price and easy access. Would recommend to anyone.
