Terrible experience. The salesman wanted me to apply for financing before he even showed me a vehicle. When I finally looked at one, I knew more about the vehicle than the salesman just from what I learned on their website before visiting. They have a big sign 10k off titans. They told me no it's "up to" 10k off. Bait and switch. Felt like a buy here pay here lot. They won't discuss pricing with you until they already have your information. I would avoid this dealership.

I would give zero stars but it wouldn't let me. First let me say our salesman was super nice. this review is not about him. The complaint is about their service departmen. My wife and I purchased a 2023 Nissan Sentra Midnite edition on September 1st. It was late in the evening when we left the dealer. On the way home we felt a vibration the the car. Called the Salesman the next day and he got us an appointment to have the car checked. I took the car in and to make a long story shorter found out the tires were flat spotted. They said they had to contact the tire manufacture ( Hankook ) . They said Hankook would replace 2 but not 4 tire. Still have the vibration after that. I take the car back and the shop manager has me drive a2024 Sentra. I said ok I'll drive it but this is not my car and anything I feel in this car isn't going to be the same as my car. It had different tires in size and everything. Shop manager and service manager says there is nothing they can do. They refuse to fix the issue. I call Nissan cus affairs and they are zero hep. I call Hankook and they said that the flat spotting was from improper storage or car sat still to long that the issue fell on Nissan or the dealer. ALL I WANT IS A SMOOH RIDE. THEY SHOULD REPLCE MY TIRES. THATS NOT A LOT TO ASK FOR. Oh and by the way.... STAY AWAY FROM OAK RIDGE NISSAN...THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU GOOD SERVICE AFTER THE SALE

They sent out a mail-out lottery type ticket that clearly looked like we "won" 5,000 cash. After driving an hour in they asked me what we drove and noticed we had nice vehicles already. They then proceeded to say the number at the bottom of my ticket needed to match their board. The board had select numbers and then a note that said * all other numbers get a pair of headphones. This wouldn't of been a big deal if my wife hadn't called to verify that we won. They just said yeah you won, they could've asked the number at the bottom of the ticket and informed us we won a 6$ pair of headphones. Clearly the ticket indicated you won 5,000 then they say you need to drive there to verify the ticket and make sure your license matches. What a scam.

These scam artists ripped off my daughter on a trade. They attempted to get her financing approved with 14 lenders, and ALL were denied. They will NOT reverse this deal due to no financing, and they REFUSE to return the traded vehicle. They are now saying that THEY are the lien holder, but have no paperwork or contract to prove that. The sales staff, sales manager, and dealership OWNER were very verbally abusive, and showed aggression towards me and my son when we tried to return car and get trade back. This has been going on for almost 4 weeks.

To: Oakridge TN. Nissan, I would just like to say.. I would rather be taken out back and beat before having to deal with another set of car salesmen like I had last week. I get that there is a shortage of cars/ trucks and feel you have everyone by the balls. That is still no reason to add several thousands of dollars to the price of your vehicles. I understand there is tax, title etc. fees that need to be added but I am talking about the actual price of the vehicle. First, I asked several times if a WHITE Kicks S was in inventory. That question was ignored each time. Just pressuring me to get in there. When I arrived the price of the Kicks S went from $21,000.00 to $22,000.00 on website to being over $27,0000. when I am there in person. WTF!!! The salesman sat behind the desk scribbling not letting me see the "deal" he is "trying' to get me. The walking in and out, getting the manager to come in and try to confuse and twist the fact I am trying to get the final price of the kicks, to asking me about monthly payments I can afford. I once again ask what is the price for the vehicle, Again the two did their little dance coming in and out of the office. Thank God I called someone that knows what's up and told me to get the heck out of there! I don't know if it is because I am woman and they felt that I was stupid or what. What your salesmen are doing should be criminal. That being said, I went to Chevrolet and had an amazing experience and bought an suv from them. My father (who was looking hard at a Pathfinder) put in an order for a new Terrain and my daughter is going soon to buy a new car from the same awesome sales person. I know our 3 little sales will not mean much to you but we have many friends and family.

Worst car buying experience ever, came in to purchase a car that I was told by a sales associate was the price of the car. I came in to test drive and purchase the car, and the sales associate suddenly had a family emergency. Later when I was talking financials, the sales manager said the conversation never happened. 0/10 experience
