The Service Department’s Tracie Russell provided superb support related to keeping my 2023 Nissan Kicks safe ! I am totally pleased with her continued professionalism every time I bring my vehicle in for service. Tracy is great to work with and stays on top of service and doesn't keep you hanging out in the waiting area. First time there since the new service area opened was very nice and spread out. Bought the Rogue new from your location and when ready to trade up will be back. Oak Ridge Nissan is the only place I have had work done on this car and always been happy with staff and service.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Maria and words can not explain how pleasant and wonderful she is!! She went above and beyond to help me and my family get into the perfect car and not only was she doing her job she doesn’t treat you as a customer she treats you as a friend that you have known your entire life and I have to also say her coworker Rick was beyond wonderful as well, they both went above and beyond to make everything possible. The main things about them is the fact that they don’t treat you like your a customer and that they are gonna make money off of you even though you know they are you don’t feel that with them they make you feel as if your with life long friends and family!!! I highly suggest and recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a good safe affordable car!!!

RD sent me a flier in the mail and I came in. Turbo took care of everything! He was fantastic! They treated me like family and gave me a better deal and better truck than I thought I would get. 100/10 recommend!

Terrible experience. The salesman wanted me to apply for financing before he even showed me a vehicle. When I finally looked at one, I knew more about the vehicle than the salesman just from what I learned on their website before visiting. They have a big sign 10k off titans. They told me no it's "up to" 10k off. Bait and switch. Felt like a buy here pay here lot. They won't discuss pricing with you until they already have your information. I would avoid this dealership.

This service team had an available appointment the day I checked the website. Hadn’t been to this dealership in a few years, so they had no history of service on my vehicle. I came in to get my back brakes done and an oil change. I'll admit, I was behind on getting my brakes replaced, so I ended up having to unexpectedly get the front brakes replaced as well. I was definitely stressing at first, financially and because I had a birthday party to take my kids to, so I was worried about added labor time with the addition of work. David Jiminez was so calm and understanding and helped me set up Sunbit. He also worked with the technician to get me in and out quickly! I have never had a bad experience at Oak Ridge Nissan! I will always make the drive for the Amazing Customer Service.

Oak Ridge Nissan is absolutely amazing. This is the second vehicle my wife and I have purchased from here. Jeff Ford is an amazing salesman…… No stress, no confusion, and straight to the point. First off the service dept was on the opposite side of the building from the last visit. I had my oil changed, air bag recall checked, and brakes checked, and tires rotated. Surprisingly the tv in the waiting room had the news on instead of the mind numbing shows like house flippers or renovations by someone that clearly has no clue what they are doing. My only complaint is the number of salesmen calling after I scheduled service trying to get me to trade or sale my truck before I have it serviced. The service dept did a great job on my truck and answered all my questions, Moose is the salesman I deal with and has helped me any time I have a question about my truck, he is more than just a salesman I consider him my friend and recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car or truck.

I would give zero stars but it wouldn't let me. First let me say our salesman was super nice. this review is not about him. The complaint is about their service departmen. My wife and I purchased a 2023 Nissan Sentra Midnite edition on September 1st. It was late in the evening when we left the dealer. On the way home we felt a vibration the the car. Called the Salesman the next day and he got us an appointment to have the car checked. I took the car in and to make a long story shorter found out the tires were flat spotted. They said they had to contact the tire manufacture ( Hankook ) . They said Hankook would replace 2 but not 4 tire. Still have the vibration after that. I take the car back and the shop manager has me drive a2024 Sentra. I said ok I'll drive it but this is not my car and anything I feel in this car isn't going to be the same as my car. It had different tires in size and everything. Shop manager and service manager says there is nothing they can do. They refuse to fix the issue. I call Nissan cus affairs and they are zero hep. I call Hankook and they said that the flat spotting was from improper storage or car sat still to long that the issue fell on Nissan or the dealer. ALL I WANT IS A SMOOH RIDE. THEY SHOULD REPLCE MY TIRES. THATS NOT A LOT TO ASK FOR. Oh and by the way.... STAY AWAY FROM OAK RIDGE NISSAN...THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU GOOD SERVICE AFTER THE SALE

Charles and Max took such good care of me. I'm excited for my first Nissan! Go ask for them for an exceptional experience!Back at it again with another purchase!Jeff Ford and Travis Geer took amazing care of me.
