They came out to look at my lights in the freezing cold weather, and gave me a completely honest run down of what they thought my problem was. They recommended me a really cheap mechanic in the area (East End Automotive shout-out) and really tried to teach me about my car vs talking down to me. If you're a female you have absolutely nothing to worry about, this shop is full of kind people that really just want to help you fix your problems and won't upsell you due to lack of knowledge.

Walked in Sunday to ask a question as i carried in my parts that I bought online, and that tall fat guy never said a word until I asked him for help. Then he point down an isle after uttering a few syllables as his answer. I turned and asked if he could help me since I didn't know the store, and he seemed irritated he had to stand up.Then the lazy guy just pointed to a spinning rack with at least 200 things hanging on it and said, "It's here, you'll just have to look around." then he walked away and sat his lazy butt down on his stool. I was so overwhelmed by what I saw on the racks, I didn't know where to start. After a minute or two, I just turned around and left the store. He watched me leave and never said a word.All I could think of as I left the store was, American businesses had better wake the hell up and offer some great customer service, or it is over for them. Especially, Local businesses!So I went over to AutoZone and the lady there actually took her time with me until I got what I needed. Yes, AutoZone in Oak Ridge. She was great and she got the sale!

Needed new windshield wipers after seeing the first of the fall rain. Found what I needed online, and was especially pleased to see that they install them for free. Except they don't. Because when I arrived at the store and picked up what I needed, I asked if they could please install them for me. One clerk says his eyes don't do well in the dark and the other guy said no, because it's raining. And it's dark. I point out that it isn't raining and that there are literally lights outside of the building that make the parking lot as bright as day. But heaven forbid that one of them actually get out their chair to see if they can help: apparently, they were of the opinion that they would crack my windshield because they wouldn't be able to see properly. Huh. In that case, I guess I'll be doing it myself. Thank you SO much for all of your help. You went above and beyond to help me out. Oh, no, sorry, you didn't. Because it was raining (it wasn't) and it was dark (it wasn't). And when I said thank you and goodnight, the clerk who had "helped" me said "goodnight." His colleague didn't say a word or take his eyes off his phone. Yeah - thought so. Customer service at its finest.

Stopped by to have my battery tested and was told they had no way of jumping my car if it wouldn’t restart after testing. I told the man working there I had my own cables and he repeated he had no way of helping me. Very poor customer service, unprofessional. I went to Advanced Auto Parts instead and had an excellent experience.

Ive never had an experience at an auto parts place, where the employees were so unhelpful. We asked some simple questions to help us buy the correct headlight bulb, & both guys sitting behind the counter did nothing to help, & guy standing in line to pay, was super nice, & ended up answering all our questions outside as he was leaving.

If you visit here, ask for Jessica. She's very knowledge and professional - she helped me understand the issue with my car and gave me options on how to solve it. Plus, no sales pressure, which is a huge plus for me!

Depends on who's there they really don't like to help out people. That's why I only mainly use them if paint is needed for the most part or paint supplies.

I bought a pack of fuses for my car but they took so I had to leave to pick daughter up from school came back the next day and waited 20 minutes in the store with no one to help and the phone constantly ringing.. Finally a man walked up I said can I get some help and Good morning instantly he got upset.. Manger roger is very un professional and doesn’t deserve to wear the name of the company on his shirt.. Customer service is key he refused to help he cared more about who I talked that was suppose to help then actually helping me. I you tuned how to do it and got my radio too work.
