Got accused of stealing while looking for some type of food for my highly food allergic cat worse of all I didn't even have anything at all In my buggie all because of a open box that was beside the boxes of flea medicine that I sat down to look at cat food highly disappointed as I always shop there I even have a members ship well no longer be going here anymore than̈k you for a nervous break down I am partly deaf and studder and i don't like when people get in my personal bubble

We went to this pet smart on 7/14. We arrived around 6:45 to grab a few toys and a bag of food for our puppy. At 6:55 women came to let us know that they would be closing in 5 minutes. I was searching for the type of dog food we needed when another lady came up to us letting us know the store would be closing in 3 minutes. All while rushing us to get out of the store they let another lady in to the store to grab her pet some cat food. After checking out a male worker took our cart to put it up. My husband noticed that one of our items was still in the cart and had not been scanned. He informed the worker that the item was still in their so he could get it and pay for it. The worker rudely made the comment of “well did you pay for it?”. Obviously my husband had not or he wouldn’t have stopped to tell him that item was missed. While all of this was annoying and frustrating I didn’t feel the need to make a review about it because everyone has their off days, but while I was going over my receipt I noticed something was off. They had a buy 3 get the 4th free toy deal. I was charged regular price for every toy on the receipt, meaning I was given no 4th toy free and instead paid full price for it. It was an overall terrible experience, but to also be scammed into thinking you’re getting a deal on toys only to not was just the cherry on top.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the only reason this isn't a 5 star is the prices are a bit on the high side.
