Just got my dog back from a groomer named Annie M.(first time taking her to a groomer) and I'm not really satisfied with the services. I got a simple bath and brush(Service includes shampoo pH-balanced for dogs, full blow dry, brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, paw pad trim to neaten the feet & sanitary trim) However after giving her time to settle down, I noticed quite a few things. For one they did NOT get her dew claws trimmed, two she still has slight feathering between her toe pads that was also supposed to be trimmed, and finally she has a random red mark on her hind leg. I would personally give them 0 stars but since this is towards the whole store review, I would give most of the staff 3 stars max. You also had a sign stating 10 % off for new customers or 20% off with two dogs, which I was not given because of some excuse stating it's for the next grooming session. Unfortunately there will be no visit after this. I guess I'll be going elsewhere.

I think out of all the other PetSmart locations within the area, this is probably the cleanest and best organized. It also has a wider selection of goods at a glance. If you don't want to go all the way into Knoxville for pet supplies, going here can save you some gas money and is an overall better shopping experience!

The grooming staff is wonderful they really are attentive to meeting the needs of the dog parent..This Pet Smart does ask for at least 2 hrs to dedicate for grooming but it might be longer just depending…Mr.Biggz stayed 4 hours total and I dropped him off a hour which the staff did not mind. The store manager is soooo nice and fretting and making you are taking care of.Very very homey and friendly feeling walking in.

The team members at Oak Ridge Petsmart give great customer service. I especially appreciate the Dog Trainer, Vincent Hopper. He is an excellent trainer who helped us with our JackChi. Our dog is a much calmer obedient happier dog because of Vincent's expertise and insight.

Love this PSM! My only issue is all floor staff should know how to get fish. Took quite a while to get the nice guy tonight to get them for us. Not his fault, and a lady was right there getting crickets but wasn't able to get fish otherwise we would have been in and out. It took 45 minutes....

After waiting a month for an appt for cut and bath, got to the store and they said my appt was 15 minutes earlier from the booking via phone and the text and email sent to confirm. They told me it would be 3-4 hours. After calling numerous times without anyone answering none of the extensions or options, I just went. They were almost closed and said they had phoned both numbers on file. I verified my cell with the actual groomer to make sure she had the correct information and confirmed my email. I did not want them to put my new phone number in the system dir to sharing information with their 'partner' sister whatever other people. When I arrived She told me the appt was for bathing only. Then I had to pay for an upgraded service for her ears, allergy sensitive shampoos and paws to be grinded. They did not touch her ears and she came home itching with bumps the following day. The company sent me a survey that I filled out honestly with my issues. I received a hateful email full of first, secondly, and thirdly, with no sense of apology or what their plans would have been if I hadn't just come to retrieve her. After I replied with such they said it had been 'escalated' and the new gentleman did apoligize and say he would contact me in no more than two days. Did they no. The email they sent at night after closing confirmed she was then ready for pick up. So disappointing as i have spent an embarrassing amount of money there No more. The local store manager was not rude but he said they hadn't had phone service all day. If that was the case why not make me aware of that when I dropped her off. So disappointing.

I guess they are doing the best they can. The store manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met. He was my cashier. I just had superworms. It's and easy scan the product and I pay. I don't need attitude. Just take money and move on to the next person. Sorry you're having a bad day. Pet stores are suppose to be a happy place.

I have a four-legged baby and an aquarium full of fish. I really like going here to shop for my fish. They are very knowledgeable, which is very helpful to me. Honestly I do not shop here for my four-legged baby unless items are on sale that I need. I will not go anywhere else though for my fish and their needs.

I love shopping here, they are always nice but when I went to the location at 7:20 the doors was locked. So google times are wrong. Fix it please (so I don't make the mistake of coming by when I get off at work)
