They really have a problem with their debit cards. In the last 3 months I've had to cancel 2 of them because of fraudulent charges. And ATM'S charge $3.00 & then Regions charges me ANOTHER $3.00 for the same transaction!! Regions really should become more user friendly and work on their security against fraud. I do want to add that their employees have always been friendly and helpful towards me.

I’m pretty over all the extra charges, $8 if you don’t have a direct deposit set up to your account, they also charge $3 to use to surcharge free atm at weigles, ORNL doesn’t charge that, little ridiculous your going to charge me that much to access my own money, will be closing my account down asap.

So someone wrote me a check from their Region's Bank account. I go into the bank to cash a check drawn on their own accounts and Regions Bank wants to charge me a fee to make good a claim on their own account.What a crock. The check is a claim on that account for the amount. There is no fee for me to go to my bank, deposit it. Have them send the check over, Regions pay my bank and then its deposited in my bank.As far as I am concerned they are charging fees to honor promises made on their own accounts and it should be against the law.

First, I got charged a $117.00 "excessive withdrawl fee" for using the mobile banking app "too much". Then, my account gets shut off because my fiance's stimulus check was deposited into my account. I was on hold for 2 hours and went into branch next day to put fiance on my account as they said that's the only way they can unlock my account due to fraud. Well, that was 9 days ago. My card is still shut off and I'm locked out of mobile banking still. Had to go all last weekend with zero dollars and no diapers for my baby. The lady who was supposed to help me last friday told me to call customer service because it was her time to head home for the weekend. Even after explaining I live here alone with no family and I'm the only working person in house and that's my only place I keep my money. Now after calling every single day my card is still deactivated. Finally got ahold of someone and they said my card is canceled and they will have to send me a new one. Account is still locked on mobile banking. Have had 5 payments decline and torture my credit score because of this. To top it all off, I wanted to cancel my account because of the ridiculousness and they said sorry there will be a large fee for closing an account within 6 months of opening it. Worst. Bank. Ever

There’s a constant line due to the slow action/inaction of the employees. The tellers act like everything is an inconvenience to them, and they constantly say, “you can just come inside because the lobby is open too”, when half the time things are incorrect due to them not even counting it first.

The Teller wouldn’t get off her phone and pay attention to what was going on. Ended up have to charge my card twice and she lost the receipts. Don’t bank here. It’s not worth the trouble
