Never again will I purchase anything from Aaron’s. I tried so hard to love this place and tried to be as understanding as I could possibly be.To start, when I first placed my order online for my washer and dryer, the websites stated both were in stock at the store closest to me ( Clinton) and it would be delivered the next day. The stores called to get more info from me and stated they could not deliver the washer and dryer until the following week. My husband picked them up so we get get them quicker, no big deal.I paid every payment on time! I chose to pay both off over the course of a year.About 9 months in, the washer started making a very loud grinding noise so I called to report it and ask for them to fix it since there was a warranty. I had to called 3 different times to finally get someone to my house. The last guy I spoke with explain that a few employees were no longer employed there and they were trying to run 2 stores. I was very nice about the situation. I was told it would take about 2 weeks to service and they would give me a loaner in the meantime. 2 1/2 months go by without hearing anything from them, which was okay. I tried giving them enough time because I knew they were back up and trying.Once I finally got my washer back, I immediately put a load of clothes in to check it out. By this time, the men were already leaving. As soon as it got to the agitation cycle, the grinding noise was still there and just as bad. I called the store immediately to let them know and to hear it. This was a Tuesday. I was told they would have to contact the service place that “fixed” the washer, they would need until Friday to get here. I was fine with that.This was 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting.I contacted the cooperate office and gave them the run down and was told someone would be calling me back to make things right. I’m still waiting for that call also.Never again!

Went in on Wednesday at noon to get color for my hair and the girl that was working is looking at her phone! When I told her they were out of my color and ask when the next shipment would be she said it’s in the back and needed to be put out! Wow ok so what are you doing on your phone instead of doing your job????? Sad to pay people to do a job and they just stand around looking at their phones!

I’ve had very iffy/good enough service several times here before. Nothing worth mentioning, but this morning I had the best experience I’ve had at any beauty supply store in the last few years. The lady who opened the store new exactly what would work to tone out my uneven brassy hair, recommended probably my new favorite hair mask, and just was really helpful with a positive attitude. That was worth mentioning :)

I was in search for some hair dye and the associate with dark hair and tattoos was incredibly rude. She talked to me like I was ignorant and to be honest I felt belittled. I will not be returning to this location.

Awful experience with management, the old lady just tried to hurt my special needs 4 year old. Please don't give these folks your business when the Ulta down the road has wonderful customer service & products. Tan old lady manager who is skinny with dyed brown hair/ with reddish-blonde highlights was agitated with my special needs 4 year old at check out and tried to shut her hand up in a box that her personal stuffed animal had fallen into- the box didn't have anything harmful in it, just extra check-out bags so there was no way she was trying to save her. This lady really tried to hurt my kid today, I cannot stress that enough. My kid is fine, just scratched and she didn't cry out but it was so unsettling I feel like I should almost call the cops in case she tries to sneaky hurt another kid! The lady was extremely rude before we checked out and gave me a hard time about my return, even though I had just called the store to make sure I could come in. She called my returned product "contaminated" which was unnecessary and offensive. Worst experiencerience I've ever had in a retail store.
