Went in for a loan and was greeted with a helpful smile from Kim, She quickly got the info she needed and went out to do the things she needed to do to complete the process and they were having MAJOR wifi issues no fault of theirs but instead of turning me away Kim went above and beyond to make sure to call whoever she needed to call to complete the loan process she never gave up and I was able to get the meds and supplies I needed because of her and I am extremely grateful. Thank you Kim
