Since opening a store closer, I don't get in the Oak Ridge Tennessee store as often. Today they were just so helpful exchanging a defective DeWalt product. No questions asked. Very pleased and everyone so pleasent.

If I can give them a zero I would. I can’t believe in 2024 y’all can’t figure out how to keep your own products in stock. I have multiple dogs and I use your brand food (salmon due to allergies) but this is my 3rd visit this week and again you are out! Sad that chewy is more reliable and cost effective then a big chain like yours! And this isn’t my first time not being able to get your food. It’s more then I care to count. You lost a customer this time. Do better!

Just wanna say Sorry & thank you to the people at oakridge tractor supply , my daughter ended up passing out there today due to her epilepsy & when she came back to she started vomiting everywhere .... They helped me get her to the break room they clean up the mess & got her wet paper towels , a cold water & a popsicle while I cleaned her up , took care of her ...they let us sit there for a little while till it passed & she felt better ? thank you guys so much I really appreciated the help today & again I am so sorry about the mess .... Y'all went above and beyond for us today so again thank you & I really appreciated y'all's help today ⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐

Never been to a retail store that had every sales associate smiling and greeting customers. I loved the atmosphere!

I really liked this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The lady at the front desk was really nice. They give you free little snacks in the room. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. I would definitely recommend.

Staff is always nice and the items stayed stocked but the prices are so much higher than the TS in Clinton. They price match for me if i have the items saved online but it's still annoying.
