Not normally one to leave bad reviews, but Trans tech had my truck for 2 months (replacing the heads) (1-2wks for parts to deliver) (this job shoulda taken 3 weeks tops). They told us “a few more days” “end of this week” “almost done” “couple more days” multiple times, and then the tech working on my truck admitted that the service advisor “ has an issue with lying through his teeth, telling customers vehicles were almost done when they were nowhere near”, and still had us pay full price. My truck came back in worse shape than it went in. BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS BEHAVIOR, them keeping a worker who lies compulsively and continually is a red flag as is. I almost lost my job because they kept leading us on. Beyond disappointed :(

Paid $500 for them to say the problem was fixed but it actually not be fixed. Went back to see why the A/C was cutting off after having already paid. The guy said the car wasn’t being looked at until someone else’s car was done, yet I already paid and the problem should’ve already been fixed.Services: A/C installation & repair

They are upfront on repair costs and do the job right. They also deliver superior customer service. If you own a BMW....don't waste your time with Grayson or any other BMW certified repair center...Go to TransTech. They do it right and it won't cost you a small fortune.
