rhonda is rude, she clicks through shipping information without letting customers look at it and double check it, scrolls through the terms and conditions and signs it for the customer, and even clicks no you don’t want to donate without the chance to even look at it. if that’s the way you’re training employees yall realllly need to reform lol

It cost my sister $20.00 to send me a box of clothes from Jacksonville Florida. The box was supposed to go to another sister in Naples Florida. So I was shocked when they charged me $55.00 to send it back to Florida

No hard feelings with this review. Just an honest experience. I receive a LOT of damaged books from Amazon. So I return them frequently and use this location. The main lady the works there tells me, everytime and including today, they should be in a box. This is incorrect. I try to nicely tell her that’s not true, but she just repeats the same thing. 🤷🏼♂️ No hard feelings again, because she always takes my stuff, but you are incorrect and should be receptive to being Correctly informed.
When I start an Amazon return, it says “no shipping box required.” Period.
What it DOES say is to include “Manufacturers packaging.” Period.
The Amazon shipping box or bag used by Amazon to ship is NOT manufacturers packaging.
Books, besides maybe a box set, do not have manufacturer packaging. It’s a book….
A bag, for example, that skittles are in is manufacturers packaging. The box Amazon puts that bag of skittles in to ship is Not.
I will screen shot what is specified by Amazon next time I start a return, so hopefully it’ll put an end to the incorrect info.
**UPDATE: The pointless generic/ canned reply is annoying. Why not just address the very specific issue. 🤷🏼♂️

The woman acted like she didn't know how to open a PDF to print it. I didn't really know what to say. Don't you do this all day? You're a print shop! She told me to stand by the door because somehow that would help her open the file??? I just left; it was SO weird. Especially because I saw her act totally normally to the person in line ahead of me.

My mother shipped me a package, she didn’t get a tracking number from the man in store. She had to call and speak with someone to get the tracking number and turns out the tracking number was for someone in Indiana. I’m in North Carolina. She called over 10+ times and either got a busy tone or told to call back later by a robot. I called and got put on hold for 30+ minutes hearing the workers conversation in the background. We’ve both still yet to get an answer on where the package is or let alone any tracking information.

A BAD EXPERIENCE AND THE LOSS OF MY SHIPPING PACKAGE I have been going to this store for a long time, until last October 21st, BRIAN helped me. Very attentive but unfortunately he issued me a manual label (physical) and from that moment my ordeal began with the shipment of the package. To start the weight was less than 8 lbs and rounded up to 10 lbs. and as expected, the package was LOST, I tried several times to locate it online, by phone and they told me that the package was lost, I went to the store and the Employee (OLDER WOMAN) Rhonda treated me a little rudely but she attended to me. He told me to wait for his boss to arrive and take care of me, and if Brian was kind to me, he called (I don't know who) and told me that they had the package somewhere and that the LABEL WAS STILL STUCK. (the last scan was in Oliver Spring according to the report) he asked me to return in a couple of hours, to give me more explanations. Don't come back, I have things to do. and tried to solve it over the phone. Well, it's November 13th and there is no SOLUTION for the lost package. GOOD LUCK to those who make another manual or physical tag.

Received great service at this UPS store! Rhonda was the team member who assisted me and she had great customer service skill, offered advice when I was determining on how to best return an item, and was very kind. Exceptional service!
